I was super-impressed with this company. They were extremely responsive and caring. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The sump pump covers in our basement were not sealed properly. Mosquitoes were breeding in one of the sumps and were getting into the house. Used the Angie's list deal to purchase a coupon for one hour of service. They came out sealed it and did a great job. The guy they sent was very courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job sealing our sump pump covers.

No so good first visit plumber acted like he did not care, lazy and did not replace all issues correctly the first time. Had to purchase another 59 dollar visit to respolve issue. Second plumber very nice and cared. Only issue is after he tested all toilets which flush3d only once like it is suppose too. Now all toilets double flush and waste water which is main reason I had them come and resolve. Very disappointed had to waste over 160 bucks to incur more issues. Stuck with high water bill and double flushing toilets.

He replaced some hose bibs and replaced the water lever on a second occasion. It went fine. Scheduling was easy. The technician explained everything, and I understood the price schedule. He was punctual and professional.

I called Coyote Plumbing on Sunday night to ask if they could come out Monday to fix a plugged up kitchen sink drain. I figured I'd get a recording, leave a message and wait for a call-back on Monday morning. To my pleasant surprise, a very nice Debbie answered and wasn't even annoyed that I was calling on a Sunday night. She happily scheduled me for a service call for Monday. I asked that she ask the service tech to call on his way out and she said she would. As requested and withing the stated time frame, Terry called me on Monday to say he was on his way out to our home. Terry was a very friendly, pleasant, courteous and polite person. I explained to him that I had tried to clear the clog myself but was unsuccessful. He was appreciative that I gave him that information so that he might not have to duplicate my efforts. Terry got right on the job and began to rotor root our drain. It turned out that there were several clogs, one a few feet from the kitchen sink and another somewhere between 25 - 50 feet away. All the time he was working, Terry was very respectful of our home and took steps to minimize the mess of cleaning out a clogged drain. I will definitely call Coyote for my future plumbing needs. Dealing with these folks was a real pleasure and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Coyote, and keep up the great work! And thank you Angie's List and all the folks that rated and commented on this vendor. It made my job so much easier and resulted in a great and very positive experience!

AMAZING is the only word to describe Coyote Plumbing. From the knowledge and professionalism of Debbie, who answered any of my questions or concerns of their $118 coupon before purchase. Fast call back, speedy scheduling. Hands down, Debbie is great. So she answered all my questions and I purchased $118 dollar coupon and had a response within hours...if that. Plumber, Kerry, shows up on schedule July 31st. Of course my phone rings as he walks to front door, I apologize for that Kerry. Knew exactly what needed to be done and told me any extra pricing if it were to come up, one extra by the way, just disposal (cheap). I tell you what, Kerry knows his trade inside and out. On time,polite,willing,competent....what more could you ask?

We had a communication mix up about the time. Before I could reschedule I had a friend help me out with the problem. The lady I dealt with at Coyote was very nice.

They were wonderful. After we contacted them, they were out to our house within 20 minutes. They fixed the problem and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

They messaged us right away to schedule the service and were responsive and helpful when I asked about refunding the coupon. We ended up taking care of the issue ourselves and didn't need their service.

Showed up in time and installed the kitchen faucet we had bought within the hour allowed by our time purchase. Everything works fine, no leaks. Did a great job. Would not hesitate to call coyote plumbing again if any plumbing services are needed.

The gentleman was very careful not to break or dirty anything. This wasn't easy, as the quarters are cramped and the valve is not particularly accessible. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't mind sharing what he knew. This was ver helpful. In the end, we could not remove any of the valve parts, but he left the parts soaking in the penetrating oil. When he left, we agreed that if I needed more of his time, I would call Coyote and arrange a time for him to return. With the knowledge he provided, I was able to continue with WD-40 over the next two days. On day three, the parts finally yielded. I can take care of the issue from here, but I could not have done this job without his assistance and suggestions. Friendly, courteous, punctual and an expert.

We had previously used this company and received good service from them both times we used them. Both plumbers we had were punctual, knowledgeable ,explained everything they did and showed me what created our plumbing problems. The only problem we had each time was getting someone to return our calls to make the appointments.

Bought the 59.00 dollar big deal from this company and had them come out and fix a clogged toilet and had them put in a new drain flapper in my toilet bowl. I am very happy with my service. The only extra charge was for the toilet bowl flapper which cost 5.00 dollars extra which was a very fair price. I will use Coyote Plumbing again.

I brought the $59 Deal for 1 hr of Plumbing Help. I replaced my kitchen faucet and it was leaking they fixed it and replaced the faucet in my main bathroom all in 1 hour. It was done within the time frame so I didnt have to pay extra and everything is working great now. Im very happy with how quickly they were able to get to me.
