The person who set up the appointment was friendly, although I had to call back a second time after I was promised a return call about the amount of time the job would take. An appointment was set up the next day and the plumber called before he came and arrived during the window. He also fixed the problem for the time being. However, he was rude about me purchasing the supplies ahead of time, said that me purchasing the replacement drain voided all warranty on the work he did, and did not clean up after the project was finished.

A 1-1/2 hour project that progressed in a flawless manner. . The $59.00 coupon played a 'key' role in my decision. . Now, I have a good piece of mind that the repair is to code. . Teriffic job Coyote Plumbing. . You pulled me out of a jamp.

I'm happy with the workers that came out. They didn't pressure me to go to the most expensive things. They gave me choices on how to fix things so I was very pleased with that. I thought their prices were reasonable but I have nothing to compare it to. They were very responsive.

Terry the contractor was excellent! He was punctual,polite,took the time to answer my questions,completed the job very quickly. We have had no problems with the shower since the work was completed. I thought the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend hiring this contractor and company!

Terry called before he arrived to give me a 20 minute window when he would be at our house. He came in and went right to work. The kitchen faucet was loose and he tightened it. He also explained that Moen had a lifetime warranty and that if we contacted them, we could get free parts. He explained which part we will be needing in the future to help the faucet turn easier, but not loose. Then he went to the bathroom and it is also a Moen fixture and he took it apart, and showed us the cartridge it takes inside to stop the leak. This can also be obtained via Moen, so he left us with the packaging to order the same part in the future - all of our bath fixtures are the same. Terry was fast, friendly and really knowledgeable. He was eager to help us and save us money at the same time. I was excited to meet our new GO TO PLUMBER!

Purchased their 1 hour service deal. Company responded promptly and appointment was made for service 2 days later. Service person arrived on time and completed job in less than allotted time. Used remainder of time to check operation of other plumbing fixtures in home. Small additional charge was made for extra parts and supplies but this was explained before work was done and was completely reasonable. Would definitely use again and recommend their services

We purchased a deal for $59 for a service call and one hour of labor. When my husband called and scheduled the work he told them exactly what we needed and told them we had already paid for the service call and one hour of labor. They did not tell him when he scheduled that this would take any longer than one hour. It was a simple toilet installation and new valve handle. However, the guy who showed up to do the work took his good old time, especially when caulking around the bottom of the new toilet. My husband felt the caulk job very easily should have been done in at least half the time. He also went out to his truck to write up the final bill and didn't come back for 15 minutes. The result was he managed to drag the job out to one hour and 10 minutes and therefore charged us for 2 full hours! Plus he charged us $19.00 for a part that only cost $7.98 at the local home improvement store. And he charged us $20 to take our old toilet away. I would have rather donated it to charity and would never have paid that charge had I been home. In the end we were charged approximately $65 more than we felt we should have had the plumber done the simple job in the one hour we had paid for. This is the third time we purchased a prepaid deal and ended up paying extra even though the jobs should have been covered within the deal.

It was awesome. My wife was stressed out. We had been without water all day when my friend tried to get it fixed. He mangled the faucet trying to get it off. We called Coyote Plumbing and they were there quick as a flash and had it fixed better than new. Didn't give us any hassle about our friend working on it. Did a great job. Cleaned it up and even made it so it would be easy to replace in the future if we ever had our friend work on it again. Pride in craftsmanship, professionalism and customer service are unmatched. Even though it was pretty screwed up when they got to it, they went right to work and knocked it out in no time. Call them first and it will be done right at a very reasonable price. Coyote Plumbing is AWESOME!!!

Other estimates for this work were around $250. I had never used an Angie's List coupon before--this Coyote coupon was for one hour of plumbing labor for $60. Tax and materials are extra. I doubted the repair would take more than an hour, so I decided to take a chance. We are really on a tight budget these days. The guarantee was that they would arrange service within 48 hours. That was a pretty long period of time to wait, actually, in a situation where your garage is in danger of being completely flooded, but I managed to get the water to the house turned off (the switch to the water heater alone was not working) picked up some gallon containers of water for the interim, and prepared to hunker down. I needn't have bothered with the bottled water. I bought the coupon at 4 pm, the call came to arrange service at 8 pm, Terry arrived at 9 am the next morning, the repair was done around 9:30, and since there was time left he adjusted my garbage disposal which had been acting up. I also learned a lot. As he left I just pointed out this thing and that, things needing attention sooner or later, and he was helpful with each. He was done well within the hour. Materials were $30. I was told that overage time is charged at $44 per half hour--just for your information. I don't know what more you can ask--two appliances fixed in one hour for $104, and in such short time. Heck yah I'm happy!!!

Corey B. told us that it was actually not the hot water heater. He checked our anti-siphon valve to the sprinklers and cleared out any crud on the seat. He noticed that the noise occurred when the sprinkler shut off valves were played with. Corey referred us to a sprinkler repair provider.

We didn’t need the deal after all.

Coyote plumbing was prompt and courteous. They did a great job and for much less than it would have cost me to have our pool company replace the pool valve. I would use them again and recommend them.

On time and fast replacement. He knew what he was doing.

Service tech was Terry. He is the very best. I think the deal was $59 per hour and I reserved him for 3 hours. I think it took an extra half hour to finish. He was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Next time we need plumbing, we'll ask for Terry at Coyote Plumbing.

My experience with Coyote Plumbling was great to say the least - due to a renovation, the connections for the garbage disposal were not your usual/standard connection as we moved the location of the sink when the new cabinets were installed. Their guy show up on time, was friendly, courteous, and very professional - I had spent two days trying to figure out how to make the connections and had gotten frustrated as heck; he came in, looked at it, and said "oh, no problem, we'll have it done in a few minutes"! And he did! I would definitely used them again and again - excellent choice. thank you.

Purchased the two hour special, the gentleman was professional and nice. He also educated me on what he was doing and other misc. questions I had. Will be hiring for future plumbing needs. :)

Our garbage disposal wasn't working properly and the kitchen sink was leaking. He had it fixed in no time at all!

Terry the plumbing contractor was great. He was professional,knowledgeable and got the job done very quickly. He provided a further explanation of why the problem was happening and even provided a sample should we decide to replace our shower unit in the future. I would definitely recommend calling Coyote plumbing because they are trustworthy and quality of service is excellent!

Turns out it was an A/C leak and the water was coming down the wall and pooling on the floor. The plumber figured it out for us and recommended a water restoration company. We were very happy for his help!

Just needed to reset existing garbage disposal. It didn't need replaced after all.

They were very nice to work with. Professional, on time and did the work quickly at a reasonable price for a plumber. My only disappointment was in the saw that was used. They had to cut a hole on my interior wall to access the pipe for replacement. The saw used left a very large cut in the drywall that was very difficult to repair. A saw more appropriate for cutting into drywall would have been much appreciated. Other than that. the work was good and he cleaned up the mess made by cutting the drywall. Overall, I would definitley use them again.

Only issue was the plumber was so confident of his work he turned on the water and did not check for leaks. I spotted a leak and told him and after shutting off the water again he re-sweated the cap and all was good. I would not have cared but the leak was on our hardwood floor. So far no floor damage but the incident could have been avoided.
