First, there were 2 coupons offered from Coyote Plumbing and I could not decide which one to buy. I called the office and she called me back the same day and she told me which one to use that would fit my situation. I used Angie's List coupons before and there would always be more charges because whatever repair I had to have would always be more "involved" or not exactly what will cover the job. Terry came right on time. He called me beforehand to let me know when he was coming over, and he was very punctual. He was personable. Asked me what the problem was, and together we looked at the toilet, and he pulled out a rubbed band and the flap closed effectively. Someone who had installed the flushing mechanism beforehand, apparently forgot to remove the rubberband that came with the kit. He moved on to the next repair, which was a single faucet, and quickly determined that the cylinder was broken, and explained it to me. I had fixed single handled shower fixtures myself, and what he told me made sense. He told me how much the part would cost up front, and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and afterwards, he took the time to show me why the hot water didn't work. I like to know what is going on, and he was really good at keeping the explanation simple, made sense, and with absolutely no mystery to it. I was really comfortable with him and everything was pretty straightforward. I just paid for the part (the coupon did cover everything else), and the cost that he gave me was $4 less than what it would cost online. So, it was reasonable. I will definitely call Coyote Plumbing again. I stuck his business card on my fridge, and will definitely recommend the company to people.

Fantastic! I wasn't sure if we needed a new disposal or if it was just clogged. I called another company first and after a long wait on the phone was told it would be 3 days before they could come out. I searched Angie's list for another company and found Coyote plumbing based on the reviews. I called and was scheduled right away for someone to come out a few hours later! Service was quick, professional, and friendly! I will definitely be using them again!

They first needed to adjust the voucher I was using because the service I purchased didn't cover clearing out the main, but when I clarified that it would likely involve getting up on the roof, they said they cannot perform service on the roof.

They were efficient, professional and did a fantastic job.

He was on time and worked to complete the job with in the hour I paid for. He cleaned up his work area when he was done.

He arrived and completed the work in about 50 minutes (I looked at my clock) but went to fill out paperwork in his truck and returned nearly 15 minutes later, requiring me to pay for an additional half hour.

He showed up a little early, got right to work and had both fixed in the allotted amount of time

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine. I paid $7 or $8 additional for parts. He showed up on time and did what he was supposed to do.

Our wonderful plumber arrived on time, was clean, intelligent, friendly and professional. He performed the job, at the quoted price, even though it was more difficult that we thought. He was excellent in every way. We were smiling all day after he left, because we truly got a great price, great job done, and honest plumber. I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could remember the exact cost. We think it was $50.00 plus $10.00 to haul away old toilet. It was the best price we could find, and then we felt we got the best service after it was all over.

Great service. Had an initial issue getting a call back, but there was a reasonable explanation, when we finally talked i had someone at the house within an 1/2 hour. Lovely service guy. Got straight to work. Allowed me to pay and return to work while he finished up.

Thirty seven year old exterior hose bibb leaked around the stem but was so old repair parts were not available. I placed order for plumber to replace old exterior hose bibb at the "advertised special" of $59 prepaid. Mechanic arrived at scheduled time and replaced the multiple turn bibb with a quarter turn type. At completion he wanted an extra $13 for the job. Possibly I did not interpret the e-mailed ad correctly.

The plumber arrived on time and walked through the house with me to find all the problem areas, he was able to fix everything right on the spot and even had extra faucets and pieces that I needed for my tub. I had previously rented my home out for a year and the renters had destroyed the toilets and there where leaks causing damage to my home that they never reported, Coyote plumbing's plumber fixed everything and even helped me reconnect my R/O unit free of charge. I highly recommend their service.

On Sunday, the day before Labor Day, I realized our water heater was leaking. Thankfully it is located outside in our laundry room but I needed to get it fixed ASAP especially since Monday was a holiday. Coyote Plumbing answered my call and I was told to wait to be contacted to schedule the date. I waiting a few hours and received the call and was able to schedule someone to come out on Tuesday. It only took a few hours to remove the old water heater, install the new water heater and replace old pipes, and it's working great! I would recommend Coyote Plumbing especially for emergency situations.

In the middle of the night we developed a leak on the master bathroom floor. It was coming from the exterior wall of the bathroom. In the AM I called "another" plumbing company they arrived and the problem was identified that there was a leak in the PVC condensation line that runs vertically down the wall. In order to find the leak they were going to have to punch several holes in either the outside stucco or the inside drywall, and when they found the section, tear it open and replace that section of PVC. I suggested that we just cut the PVC in the attic and run a new line to the exterior and down the side of the house. I suspected a HUGE cost savings and headache from opening the wall. The "other" company wrote a quote for $1044. I crapped. THEN i called Coyote. They were amazingly helpful. I purchased the coupon and they had a plumber, Terry out within an hour. I walked Terry through the situation and told him what I wanted, He verified everything and then went to write a quote. He said it would be under 2 hours plus parts. I hired him and he got started. Terry finished in 1.25 hours. Charged a very fair price for the materials used, charged exact labor time, and when he left it was a total of $104 ($59 of which was the coupon, I paid the additional $45). Great service, great operation, prompt, friendly, everything you want in a contractor. Its nice to deal with a family owned business vs. a major plumbing service.

Bought the big deal ($59 for 1 hour), Coyote called within 2 days to schedule appointment. Appointment was scheduled 2 days out. Plumber arrived at front end of 2-hour window and completed all work in a little over an hour. He installed all of the parts which I had already purchased, but told me that since they didn't supply them, they don't warranty the work. I was OK with that and figured that would be the case. They bill in half hour increments so any time over one hour costs an additional $44 ($88/hr).

We purchased the $59 for one hour of service deal through Angie's list. There was a good deal of phone tag and several calls made/messages left that went unanswered before we were finally able to arrange an appointment. Once it was set up, it ended up having to be cancelled due to the massive 6" rain storm that hit Phoenix that closed all the roads and caused flooding everywhere the morning of our appointment. We never received a call that our appointment was being cancelled (we expected it to be cancelled due to the rain, but a call to let us know and make alternate arrangements to reschedule would have been nice). There were more unanswered calls and messages and phone tag to get the appointment set up again for four days later. Once the contractor did make it to our property, he arrived towards the end of the hour window we had been given. He did an excellent job. i had already purchased the part that was needed ahead of time and he was just installing it for us. He completed the fix within the hour we had pre-paid for and the new valve works great with no leaks. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the plumber who did the work. The process of setting up the appointment could have been better.

Coyote Plumbing was the only company that had a person answer their phone at 9pm on a week night without declaring it an emergency. The earliest they could come out was the following Monday and there were other companies that would come out sooner for extra fee, we decided to go with Coyote based on the competence and pleasantness of the woman who answered the call (I feel terrible I can't remember her name...) and on the wonderful reviews on Angie's list. I was glad they sent Terry, who was praised highly in the reviews. He did not disappoint. He did not cut corners when removing the old sink from the really old drain pipe (our house is 40 years old) and installing the new one. My husband commented that he could have connected the new drain to the old one in a simpler but less secure manner, but Terry took the time to re-thread the old section of the pipe. (Not sure what that means but he was impressed.) Terry was very patient when answering our questions about the care for the old pipes. He also called us before arrival, arrived promptly, and finished the job right at the time he quoted us.
