The company exchanged my faucet. The service went well.

No one from the service called us on the day of service. I contacted the provider and got the answering service who is not really responsible for much. I contacted them at 11:00 and they were to call the provider. No one called again by 1:00 and I called the "service" again at 1:00 and the claimed not to know much about this and they are "just" the answering service. Coyote not only dropped the ball on providing any service but is not getting much bang for the buck on the answering service. Coyote has an A rating which says Angie's has the bar set pretty low if this is representative of Coyote service.

The toilets are still leaking water from the tank into the bowl. Why, you may ask, I would hire Coyote P. if I paid them $150 and they didn't resolve the problem? It depends on the technician. The first tech who was sent didn't do the standard food coloring test to check if his repair had solved the problem, he charged me an additional $45 for labor because he had gone over 5 minutes after the first hour (watch in hand). That is why I rated this company low. The 2nd tech., sent at my request, Terry, did the food coloring test and he advised me to replace the toilet. Also, he is fair in charging for additional time; he doesn't charge 5 or 15 min. as 1/2 hour as the first tech, he charges an additional $22 for every 15 additional min. I would recommend to ask for Terry if you decide to hire the services from Coyote Plumbing.

I discovered that my water heater had sprung a leak on Wednesday Evening and by noon on Thursday, Terry of Coyote Plumbing had completed the installation. When I first called Coyote Plumbing at 8am on Thursday, their receptionist had told me that she would have someone over between 10 to 12 to assess the situation. I was happy when Terry showed up before 10 to get the job started. He was friendly and professional. Terry had no problem explaining to me what needed to be done and his attention to detail was reassuring. I ended up purchasing the electric water heater deal through Angie's List for $537. As Terry replaced the water heater, he said that the flex lines could be reused but, I asked him to go ahead and replace them since I was replacing the water heater anyway. I appreciate that it didn't feel as if he as trying to up-sell me. Terry also had to move my water softener in order to get to my water heater and he was careful moving the equipment around and insured it worked before he left. I'm glad I found Coyote Plumbing and now I feel that I could trust them should the need arise again.

I have used Coyote Plumbing in the past, and will continue to use them when I need plumbing repair. They have always scheduled quickly, and are on time, efficient and do exactly what is needed. The faucet replacement job was a little tricky for them since the old one was installed really close to the wall. The work went fast, with no extra charges. The service people are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The guys & gals at Coyote are simply the best. They are so customer friendly--they really seem more like friends coming over to help with a project than a commercial business. That is very rare to find these days --and very valuable. Debbie in the office is very sweet and efficient. The tech that arrived was Terry ...he is completely awesome.This is the second time Terry has come to the rescue and any time I have need for plumbing services, I won't even consider anyone else. I am somewhat of a DIYer, but as easy as it is to business with Coyote, it's not worth the time or frustration of fussing over an attempted repair--in the future I'm just calling Deb and ask her to schedule Terry--easy as that! It's easy to see why they have have Service Awards 6 consecutive years and counting....

He called 40 minutes before arriving. Punctual. Very friendly and helpful. Worked quietly. Finished job within 45 min. Very pleased with his service.

Fantastic. Personable, courteous, professional as always, the problem was easily fixed the day after I called, and if I had known more about plumbing I could have fixed it myself. There was no impact for that problem when I was away, and in retrospect I can see how it happened in the first place. So - I continue to give Coyote Plumbing an A+ on work done and now also for the way they responded to a problem.

My kitchen sink was clogged pretty badly. After making sure the traps were clear and attempting to snake it through the clean out port with a 25' snake, I was not successful in clearing the drain pipe. This was my first purchase of a "coupon deal" from Angies list. After the purchase online, I was contacted by Coyote Plumbing and an appointment was set with a time window. Kerry showed up as scheduled and after a brief description of the problem, he went right to work. He cleaned the drain line which was clogged at about 40 feet in. From start to finish could not have been more than about 20 minutes. The drain is now clear and back to normal. I am completely satisfied with the service in all respects and will definitely use Coyote Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

The plumber was very friendly and knew what he was doing. My only issue is that sometimes Coyote plumbing is hard to get a hold of. Otherwise I was pleased with the plumber himself.

I had the plumber for 1hr. The anti-siphon replacement took ~10 minutes only and so I wanted the plumber to take a look at a leaking toilet in the rest of the time. He refused .

Had purchased two hours of plumbing service to enable installation of garbage disposal and kitchen faucet that I had purchased. Appointment provided in professional and courteous way via kind individual. Service appointment provided within less than a week from date requested. Terry called within 1/2 hour of appointment to inform me of his impending arrival, and arrived on time. Terry was efficient and installed all hardware without effort and with precision. He checked two toilets, as requested because stools were slightly loose. He checked and determined that only bolts needed tightened and the wax rings did not need replaced. I also had a water heater regulator cap that had been broken for a period of time. He called the manufacturer and was able to request a replacement cap (which arrived a few days later). I would definitely use Coyote and Terry again.

It went very well. We had purchased Coyote's special offer on Angie's List: One hour of plumbing service for $59.00. Coyote's plumber worked quickly and efficiently, taking care of multiple problems during our prepaid hour. The only extra cost was $36.61 for parts. He answered all of our questions and provided clear explanations.

I purchased a Big Deal hour of service from Coyote plumbing. I wanted my kitchen faucet replaced and had a leak under the sink in my bar. They sent someone out within a few days. I had 2 different faucets and Joe (I'll just call him that as I can't remember his name) helped me select the best one. After removing my old faucet, he held each of them in the holes so I could see how they looked. After the faucet was replaced, "Joe" looked at my bar sink and replaced some valves. No more leaks! I especially appreciated that "Joe" was aware that I didn't want the labor to go past the hour that I purchased. He kept telling me what he was going to do and how long he thought it would take him. "Joe" wonderful! I wish I could remember his name. I'll definitely use them again.

I called after 6 p.m. to leave a message but someone was still there and answered the phone. She took my information and first thing the next morning Coyote was there and fixed the problem. I have an appointment with them in a couple of weeks to do some other work for me.

From the phone call with their office through the quality of the work, I couldn't be happier. The plumber even had to cut a metal washer off of the old (in wall) shower leaver to get the old parts out and install the new ones. He cleaned up after himself as well. I had done my homework with both the shower and disposal and provided this information in advance. This made the call go smoothly and completed within the timeframe I had purchased. No surprises, just great work. I'll look for them again for my next plumbing need.

They did a good job but could use this coupon for weekend services.

Replaced the tub faucet spout due to a part being broken within the old faucet. Reviewed the blockage in the dryer line and attempted to free it up. Recommended that I contact Sears for the duct work to be routed out. Gave me my full 2 hours of service and did not over charge for the new tub faucet.
