Everything went really well, and it turned out to be a good experience. The company responded quickly when we called to schedule, the plumber did good work, and he provided excellent customer service. In fact, he informed us that the shower's old fixtures were under a lifetime warranty and took the liberty of tracking down the information that we needed to get new fixtures free of charge.

I wanted my fill valve replaced and the toilet converted from a dual flush toilet to a single flush. Plumber came into home and did not want to do the work; he told me I should buy a new toilet. The service from this company was poor. The plumber did not even look into his van to see if he had a new flush handle. I did not pay 59.00 dollars to have the water in my tank adjusted...I paid for my valve to be put in and for some actual work.

Not well. They did not return my call.

Great service on time and was able to fix the minor problems with the toilet that the Ben Franklin Plumbing wanted to either charge us &600 to fix but really wanted to sell us new toilets (ours are only 6 years old)

My daughter's Water Heater started leaking on Sat night. I called Coyote at that time (answering service) and received a call back from Debbie within 5 minutes. had shut off the water and power and drained the tank, so I did not need a weekend repair. Debbie was able to get me scheduled for Monday! I was really happy with the appointment so early in the week on short notice. On Monday, the Plumber called ahead of time to let me know his schedule. We met at the house, and the WH was replaced, tested, and purged in 1 hour. He cleaned up after himself, and hauled off the old WH. I am completely pleased and at a price a few hundred less than the big-box guys are advertising. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

They weren't able to fix the problem but it wasn't their fault; it's complicated. They were friendly and prompt.

I purchased a special through Angie's list. I emailed Coyote on a Monday according to instructions. On Tuesday, I received an email from them telling me to call their number. I talked to an answering service who said they'd pass my information on to Coyote. I had no response for two days. On Thursday, I called back and received the same answering service who took all of my information again. With in an hour Coyote had called back and I had a same day appointment. A fellow named Terry came. He was knowledgeable and professional. The best part is that he did not hurry through the job, but took his time to do it right. Bottom line, would I used Coyote Plumbing again? Yes, based on the service, but I would not use them a third time if I had to wait as long as I did before. I would give them a B+ for outstanding service, but the delay kept it from being an A.

Provider was on time and very courteous. He recommended some fixes and left them on the work order so we could get them done at a later date. Scheduler was very professional and got everything set up quickly for the appointment.

Company sent me two messages each stating that they will call to schedule soon. Both are within two days from each other. Then they stopped. It has been a week since the purchase. They did not schedule it. What plumbing problem can wait a week to just schedule and then to do the work. Please cancel and refund me the money. I will find a more reliable vendor

I needed a plumbing company to snake a camera down and locate an issue. This company informed they could not do the camera snake. A regular inspection didn't catch the problem last time. They did refer me to a company that could do the work we needed. They were straightforward and honest.

The technician arrived on Friday, Nov 29th as scheduled, only to discover I he needed a more specialized cartridge for my shower. We rescheduled my appointment for Monday, and he came back as scheduled and completed the task as promised. Clean, polite, punctual. I couldn't be happier. If it hadn't been for the specialized part and it being black Friday, I would have had the issue resolved the day after Thanksgiving, which is amazing.
