Coyote Plumbing

On their first visit, they fixed the handle on where the water comes into the house. The second time they were out, they fixed the pipe that goes to the irrigation system. The third time they were out they installed a pressure regulator on the pipe that comes into the house. They found that the water pressure coming into the home was just too strong.

Great! He had to do some extra work and cut into dry wall but answered all my questions, fixed the problem and was professional.

I wasn't home when they came but, they did a good job. They did have to come back a second time to find the leak.

Plumber (Kerry) came right on time, and luckily he had the parts we needed with him so we didn't have to make a second appt he knew right away what the problem was and the job was done to satisfaction. YES hot water again!! Thank you to all involved !!

Can I make this any lower than a F???? In October I had a problem where my son flushed a big wad of paper towels down the toilet which caused it to back up. I needed to get a plumber to clean out the paper towels. I got on Angie's List to look for a plumber and found a coupon for Coyote Plumbing. It was $59 for one hour of service. I went ahead and purchased the coupon. I called them and set up an appointment for the next day right before lunch. I left work and went home the following day to meet the plumber. The guy from Coyote shows up and says he needs to snake it from my clean out. He looks for my clean out and doesn't see it. He asks where it's at and I said I don't know. He proceeds to walk around the yard stomping on my bushes and plants. Then he says he can't do the work until I find my clean out. He gives me the name of a camera company and tells me to call them for locating. He then starts to leave. I ask when he can come back and he tells me to find the clean out and then set up another appointment. He gets in his truck and leaves. I've still got the paper towels clogging everything so I'm left standing in my yard without a plumber. I call the camera company and explain the situation. They tell me that due to the age of my home I probably don't have a yard clean out and the plumber can do it from the roof. He explains that it'll be a waste of $200 if I have him come out with the camera and there isn't a clean out. He suggests that I just have the plumber go on the roof and clear the blockage from the roof. I call Coyote Plumbing back and they tell me they don't do rooftop clean outs and I probably won't be able to find someone. I'll need to have them dig up the yard and install a clean out. I'm looking at over $1000 easily for this service. I call another plumbing company on Angie's List and they say they do roof top clean outs. They come out, get on the roof and clear the blockage. Problem solved and everything is back to normal. I have an unused coupon for Coyote Plumbing. Oh, well. Fast forward four months and I'm selling my house. The buyers notice the toilets are slightly loose and a I have loose laundry room faucet. They want new wax rings and the faucet tightened. I remember I have this coupon from Coyote Plumbing so I tell the buyers I'll have a plumber come take care of those issues. No problem, right? I email Coyote Plumbing and ask if I can use my coupon for the services. I get a reply back that says yes and to leave a number or call them for scheduling. I reply back with my phone number and say I would like an afternoon or week appointment. I don't hear anything during the next day. I get an email reply back saying they'll call me the next day. I haven't heard anything the following day around 10am so I call the number they provided. I talk to someone and he takes my information and tells me that Deb will have to call me back to schedule. So I'm confused as to why I was told to call the number to schedule if they were just going to call me back. Oh well, whatever. I get a call about an hour later from Deb. I go over what I put in the email. I told her that I'm selling the house and I'm not currently living there so I'll have to go meet someone. She gives me a 2pm-5pm window for the next day. I ask if they do weekend work and they do but the coupon doesn't apply. Ok, fine I just with the 2pm-5pm window for the next day and give Deb my cell phone number for contact info. I leave work and go over to the house. I arrive right before 2pm. I don't have anyone waiting for me so I feel good about that. I sit in my empty house that I'm selling...3pm, 330pm, 4pm, 430pm, 5pm....no plumber. Ok, maybe he's running a little late. I wait until 5:18pm and then I decide I better call and figure out what's going on. I call the Coyote Plumbing number...well, it's after hours, but I'm in luck because an answering service picks up. I explain the situation to the woman and she takes down all my info. She says she's going to page Deb with the info and Deb will call me back. Ok, great. So I hang up the phone. At 5:40pm, I still haven't been called back. I've been sitting in my empty house for almost 4 hours now just waiting and waiting. I decide to give up. I get in the car and leave. I live about 15 minutes away now. I walk in the door and sit down to type this review. As I'm finishing this up, it's 6:22pm and I still don't have a call from Deb at Coyote Plumbing. So the bottom line is I would recommend finding any other company in the phone book instead of going to Coyote Plumbing...honestly you'd probably have better luck using a drunk friend. At this point, I really feel Coyote Plumbing owes me my money back and a HUGE apology for having me leave work early and wasting the better part of my day.

The job was completed quickly.

They were excellent folks to deal with. I called them in a mild panic for we had a hot water heater fail overnight and woke up to a puddle of water in the garage floor. I had no idea who to call or where to turn for we don't know to many folks in the area. I went up to Angie's list for help and these folks were at the top of the list for their service. I gave them a call and they quickly responded by sending out a repairman. Since the hot water heater was under warranty, he removed the old one, contacted the manufacture's service department, got a warranty authroization number, went to the distribitor's wharehouse, pick up a replacement heater, came back and installed the new one and was done by mid afternoon. They even helped us get in touch with a company to do clean up and repair, and drying out of some of the water damage some to the dry wall in the garage area. They were fantastic and I can't say enough about their service and wonderful job they did for us. Charles Criminale

They did a good and thorough job. It took two trips, though, because they needed a fitting for the R/O system to jive with the faucet. However, it worked out OK in the end.

Nice and replaced one or two angle stops. I thought they would replace all of them per the call I had when I requested service. He indicated I did not really need them all replaced and he didn't have enough to do them all. I wasn't totally comfortable that i accomplished what I wanted when I called them.

Coyote plumbing did an excellent job. Came on time, told me exactly what they were going to do, and did everything per schedule. Will hire them again.

Did not find the reason for the air in the lines.

It went very good. I have used them multiple times. I was very satisfied. He does a good job. The scheduling was fairly easy and I had no issues. He got the job done in the 2 hours that the deal covered.

There weren't any additional charges. The guy that came out, Terry was very professional, very polite and explained everything he was doing. I would use them again in the future; I told them that they were my plumbing people now. I would use them as my designated person; they will be my plumbers from now on.

Did great job. Was on time, friendly...quick and efficient.

I purchased a "deal," something like 2 hrs for $199.00 Coyote Plumbing was the quickest agency to respond and able to schedule something ASAP. It only took about an hour for the service provider to fix the sink and unfreeze the garbage disposal. I had no idea that he would be able to unplug the sink so quickly and wish I had something else for him to work on - or he could have offered something like "I have 45 minutes. let me check ... for you." Nonetheless, the problem I had was addressed and I have not had a problem since.

They do not service my area and we had an event that caused us to not be able to use the deal in the first place.

It turned out good. He did a great job and I was pleased. I would recommend them. It was a fair deal. It's already about 6 months and it still looks great and functioning.

This company was very hard to communicate with. I tried calling several times and they would answer the phone then put me on hold and send me to voice mail and never call me back. They would respond some to my emails but would never give a schedule date to do the work I needed. I ended up having to get another company to do the work.

Terry called before coming to give us a heads-up. He was extremely polite, personable as well as knowledgeable. He repaired the leaks and installed our showerhead as well as fixed the hot water to the shower that a previous plumber from another company had failed to reset the child-proof hot water setting. Now we have perfectly hot water.

Cleaned drain with rotating rag and recommended ammonia to help in future situations

, I phoned Sat.,1/3/2015 and was told a tech. would call me. No tech. called. Mon. morning, 1/5/2015, I called again and was told a tech. would call me promptly. No tech. called. Mon. at around 7:30 pm, a receptionist called from Coyote and left a message. Tues. morning, 1/6/2015, I phoned and told receptionist I was not happy with Coyote's unresponsive handling of my request for service and that I had so advised Angie's list.

The pricing was very reasonable and they completed the job in a timely manner. The same plumber came out both times. He installed the toilets in about an hour and fifteen minutes. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave good advice about what to look for in the future. There was not good communication between their answering service and the company, however.

They did a great job with the work that I needed. I had them repair a faucet out back and a dripping hose bib up front. The technician ended up staying about 10 minutes past the 1 hour of service I purchased and I was charged for another hour of service. Part of the time he was even talking on the phone and I feel the additional charge was not warranted. They were very responsive and came out quickly.

Same repairman returned, remembered the leak and knew immediately what needed to be done. In order to replace the entire tub/shower fixture, he had to cut through the drywall in the laundry on the opposite wall from the bathroom. From beginning to end, he completed the repair promptly and completely. The fixture was replaced (soldered in) and the drywall in the laundry was replaced/repaired. He was professional and courteous to us as owners and to our tenants. We have continued to use Coyote after our first encounter with the company, and they are terrific!
