Coyote Plumbing

He had to run his snake 3 times and out to about 70 ft out before he was able to get it clear. He placed cardboard on the floor under his equipment so that the floor would not get messed up and did a nice job of cleaning up after he was done. They were very responsive to my needs and on time to coming out to fix the problem. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The service provided was excellent. It was a big job that was spread over two days. The price for the work was much more reasonable than the other plumber who provided a quote (less than half), the work was of high quality, and the entire team was very professional. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

I have used them twice now. The scheduling was pretty quick. They got new water heater installed in one day.

Discovered that the old water heater had been placed incorrectly on a plastic base. Coyote replaced with a metal base and installed new water heater. Price was fine and service was excellent in every regard. We will use them again whenever we need a plumber.

This guy had a terrible attitude. He was rude and did not want to be there.. that was obvious. He walked in and looked at the leaking toilet and said "That is a health hazard!" turned and left.. Well, no kidding.. toilets that leak are nasty and messy. That's why I needed a plumber. I called a different plumber who got out his gloves, changed the wax ring and now I have a functioning toilet again.. and NO MORE MESS!

I was pretty upset about the mess he left; he left a huge mess. He was very timely and very polite. He was quick. It didn’t cost us anything more. We paid for the service call plus an hour. He was in and out in 15 fifteen minutes. I wasn’t here when he came. Everything is working very well. They came very fast. I would use them again if they sent out a different tech or if I was there to make sure that they cleaned.

These guys were great. the best customer service I have experienced thus far on Angie's list. The worked guy was incredibly nice to my family, and 3 year old daughter and the work was performed honestly and quickly. He was open about the job before he started, and estimated the challenges or costs up front. I would and will use this company again.

I thought I would at least get all the inside parts of the tank changed out because its constantly running water, he told to call them back to do that, and now I have to go buy a new chain it was shortened during the flapper process so we have to keep the lid up to make sure flapper gets back on

It was okay. They came within a week. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. The price was excellent. He did what we wanted him to.

Quick response from the company after purchasing the big deal. They came out in a timely manner and the repairman replaced our garbage disposal and diagnosed issues with sink, sprayer and RO system.

They did fine. They did the job that I needed them to do. I like that the plumber gave me information about the manufacturer that would allow me to get my parts for free from them. They charged me for a part which was the part that I didn't like.

I purchased a coupon for Coyote Plumbing after reading the good reviews. Terry fixed a leaky toilet and replaced a couple of valves under a bathroom sink. Customer service was excellent from beginning to end, including the office and the plumber. They contacted me to set up an appointment in a very timely manner, they were polite and helpful. The plumber called when he was on his way, and was also very polite and helpful. He let me know all my options and what his ideas were with regard to the leaky toilet. He began by cleaning the gasket, tested the toilet, and let me know that cleaning the gasket fixed the problem! He did not try to charge more than was necessary which I greatly appreciated. He also replaced 17-year old valves in a bathroom that were corroded and stuck in the "on" position. He put in quarter-turn valves and new supply lines. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

This is the second time that I've used this company. They will usually come at short notice, arrive when they say they will, do the work. Leaks have not recurred in any of the work they've done so far. The people are friendly and the price is reasonable. I usually contact them first and then buy their deal.

It was fine. We used the deal and everything was fine. We have used them before. The new garbage disposal is fine so far.

It turned out well. They were pretty good, came out fast, repair was good and had good communication with the plumber. The only thing is it took a really long time to get a receipt to me, 4 to 5 days since they use an outside scanning service and they did not want to print it out and mail it to me.

Great service! I called Coyote Plumbing in the late morning and spoke to the Owner. She was very helpful and got someone out to the house in the mid-afternoon. The plumber showed up and performed the services as I requested. Very reasonably priced and very courteous. I will definitely use them again!
