Coyote Plumbing

We purchased faucets for two bathrooms, looking to self-install. However, the cutoff valves under each of the sinks were old and ineffective, and I didn't trust myself to do that repair. I used a coupon for an hour's service, anticipating a total of 2 hours. The estimate for hours came in as expected. Work was done cleanly and professionally, in one visit. Only down side - the person doing the administrative work to coordinate callbacks and service felt a little overwhelmed, so it took a couple of calls to get things started. Once we passed that, things went smoothly. Yes, I'd use them again.

Our water heater sprung a leak and needed to be looked at immediately. Having used Coyote Plumbing for some repairs in the past, I reached out to them to troubleshoot the issue. They were able to get someone over to my house the same day and determined that the heater needed to be replaced. As there was some water damage, the plumber removed the existing water heater to allow the restoration company access to repair the pedestal. They were flexible about returning to install the new water heater after the repairs were complete and did not charge another trip charge. I plan on using Coyote Plumbing in the future and highly recommend their service.

Technician did a good job so the rankings are not based on the techs. 2nd time we used company. First time was on an emergency basis. Repairs made but the administration of this company is terrible. Tried several times to get a copy of the invoice for insurance and they can't seem to produce it. Does not return calls promptly. And that is owner of the company.

Corey did an awesome job! My wife was very pleased with his courtesy and professionalism. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it perfectly. He explained everything so we could understand the issues and quickly provided a solution. My wife is very happy to not have to wait 2-3 minutes to get hot water at her sink! Thank you Corey!

It turned out good and I would give them good marks. I would recommend them because they did a good job. I have no problems since they did the work.

He came when he said he was going to and did the work in a timely manner. Everything worked and we were perfectly happy with him.

the plumber was prompt and professional. He fixed my problem, but it took two visits because he couldn't find a part. In the end he just replaced the fixtures, which I was fine with. The only issue I have is that he spilled some lubricant in my bathtub, staining part of it orange. I've tried to clean it out, but haven't had any success. I'm not too concerned because I intend to replace the bathtub in the near future.

Work was done in three visits. The plumber - Terry - was always on time (once called to find out if he could come early; never had that experience with any plumber). He was friendly, efficient and gave us helpful advice. We asked him to replace the hose connections under other washbowl which had been installed same time as the ones he'd replaced. He assured us it didn't need replacing. The cost was very reasonable and discounted because we used Angie's List "shop deals" coupons. No question - this was the best plumbing service we've ever received. Can't imagine it getting any better.

They were great. They were on time. There was nothing that I disliked. I paid an additional amount for a pan underneath. But it was an optional thing. It wasn't necessary. I think it was an additional $20.

The service was excellent. The Tech was a few minutes late but the office kept me updated. He called 20 minutes ahead and we met right on time. He fixed my sink and faucet. Friendly and Great Service...

All went well. Man had ID, right tools, and experience to fix the drain. Good job overall.

The company arrived at the scheduled date of service and installed the new heater as advertised. Fast, courteous and efficient. Great job and if needed we would use them again.

The plumber showed up when he was scheduled to and seemed nice. The main issue we had was that we were only getting 1.5 showers worth of hot water and didn't know why- our 50 gallon water heater was fairly new. Our taps were also slow to get hot. It is a new (to us) house and I also wanted to have a plumber poke around and see if there were any other issues to be addressed. Ultimately, he said the hot water heater was working okay and the only way to address the taps was to install a recirculating pump. He tightened a few knobs and left. I was disappointed, but not disgruntled. A month or two later, we decided to have another plumber out when we had an RO system installed. He looked into the hot water issue and, pretty quickly, figured out that the restrictor on our shower head had been removed. We replaced the shower head and, voila! no more problem. When I asked him about the taps being slow to heat up, he asked why I didn't just plug in the recirculating pump! The first plumber didn't even notice or point out that we already had a recirculating pump. I had no idea what the thing was and assumed it was some sort of timer for the hot water heater. We now have plenty of hot water, where we need it, and a new go to plumber. I was very disappointed with Coyote, though it took months to realize it. ;-)

Unfortunately it was not the fix we or the plumber wanted. He did explain this was the first step since no one was sure exactly what was leaking. Very professional and we will call back and have them do the next step.

It was obvious from the moment Terry arrived that he was there to work hard for me and get each of my tasks done in the allotted one hour I purchased. (I did not know if that would even be possible, but he did it. ) Terry was friendly and gladly answered all my questions. He seemed happy to be helping me out and quickly finished each of the items on my list. The work was also done well. I plan to put in 2 new toilets and I will be using Coyote Plumbing again! I just moved into this town home and really appreciated this positive experience amidst all the stress of moving.

I like to give credit where credit is due and Coyote Plumbing DEFINITELY deserves credit for a Professional job well done! From first contact with the Staff over the phone to the Plumber working on site, only great experiences! Repaired toilet to my satisfaction but said could not repair tub faucet because it would cause damage to the tub. He said that the trim ring had to be taken off and that was corroded and he was concerned he would damage the tub in trying to remove. At that point I told him to never mind as it was obvious he did not want to tackle. Long story short he was wrong on how the faucet came apart as I was able to replace the leaking stem valve myself without damaging any thing.

The service was prompt, professional, courteous and there has been no problem since the service was completed.

The plumber arrived on time, was VERY courteous and friendly. His workmanship is top notch and he was able to solve our leaking valve quickly. He cleaned up after himself and presented us with an itemized bill for the parts (not included in the deal price.) He arrived, completed the job and was gone in about an hour. Overall we are truly happy with this service and would definitely use Coyote Plumbing again.

Terry was the service tech and also on previous calls. He is always on time with a call that he is on his way. He is very friendly, courteous and will answer your questions and provide suggestions. He pulled the toilet, shimmed to level, added an additional ring and reset toilet. No leaks. He also checked our master bath toilet, no leaks and my kitchen sink faucet, no leaks. All this was done within the hour.
