Coyote Plumbing is a family owned business that treats their customers like family too. They charge a fair price for quality equipment and exceptional service. I spoke to several vendors before Coyote and the other vendors wanted to charge me DOUBLE for the same water heater and same service. We will use Coyote for all our future plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived on time and went right in to look over the situation . Since this was a new installation he went through several options of how the job could be completed . His main office had only given him an hour to complete the job but after opening the wall he realized this job was going to take at least 3 -4 hours . He advised us to build a platform under the sink to raise the drain so he could put in the P trap the right way. He opened the sheet rock to see where the water lines ran - No east task . He explained what my options were and gave me an estimate . I arranged for him to return . When he returned 3 days later he was set and ready - with a bit of huffing and puffing the lines went in , water was tested and the sink is now running great . Sheet rock was re nailed in place with the understanding that we had to tape and plaster over the seams . Good experience and yes I would use Coyote plumbing again

Went well. Took a lot less time than I thought it would.

I called on a Sunday evening and left a message with the answering service. I got a call back a couple hours later and they confirmed an appointment on Monday for between 11am-1pm. The plumber, Corey, arrived a little before 1pm. Because of how I broke the pipe he had to access the pipe from the garage versus going through the tile in the bathroom which would have been much more expensive. A 1'x1' foot piece of drywall was removed, the broken pipe replaced and the drywall screwed back into place in 1 hour. I touched up the cracks around the drywall in 10 minutes and it blends right in like it was never removed.

The installation was quick and professional. It was done in the time described and the installers were courteous. It was a great experience. I'll use them again.

Outstanding experience, excellent service. The provider was prompt and courteous. He advised me against the work I thought I needed (cutting open wall and installing entirely new outlet box) and instead performed work that another plumber told me could not be done (replacing taps only). Because the service took much less time than I'd anticipated, he asked me what else needed looking at in the house (I'd paid for a full two hours) and fixed a drain in the master bath that had been clogged with packaging during construction (unbeknownst to me--I just thought it was a slow drain).

May 29th, 2015 I called Coyote Plumbing at 5;50 pm and spoke with after hours person. I told the after hours girl that a week prior my tub began gurgling when the toilet was flushed after my husband had used some Draino for maintenance after cleaning our guest tub. Our tub was draining fine and toilets flushed as they should but the gurgling began the very next day and at this point we were not too concerned until two days later there was a faint sewer smell coming from the bathroom after the toilet was flushed. It was at this time I went online to research what the causes could be and first ruled out a dry vent flap. The smell had dissipated but we were concerned that the plumbing could have been slowly backing up although things seemed to be going down just fine. On Friday evening the smell was back when a guest had come over and our toilets had been flushed a few times and we realized we were going to need to schedule someone and put a camera down there right away. I let the girl know that I did not have an emergency and nothing was backing up at the time, but wanted to schedule an appt for Monday June 1. She took down all my info of the problem, name and phone number and said that she was going to have someone call me just to rule out that it was an emergency and that they could schedule me then. At 7:43 pm I received a call back and they left a message as I was making dinner. At 8:23 pm I called the number back, there was no answer and the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. At 9:13 pm I got a call back but as I answered the call hung up so I called right back. A woman answered a rough hello as she talked and chatted with other people around her, I apologized for missing the call but i had to ask if this was someone from Coyote Plumbing as they didn't identify themselves as they said hello. The woman on the phone identified herself as Debbie Good. I told her my problem and again emphasized that my drains and toilets were working properly but that I wanted someone to come out and diagnose what the cause of the gurgling was since it couldn't be seen outside of the drain. She quickly scheduled me an appt for Monday, today, June 1st between 12-4 after again taking down all of my info. The weekend came and went and today I took off work to make sure I was home between my 12-4 window. At exactly 4:00 pm, when still no one had showed up or called to let me know they were running behind I called Debbie Good. I explained to Debbie, who I was and that I was calling to check the status on my service call and Mrs. Good had no recollection of me, my problem or any appointment.. She asked if I was sure that I had an appointment today in which I replied yes and that I had spoken with her and SHE was the one who made it so she went to check the schedule. I told her that I had talked with her Friday night and as I reminded her of our problem, the phone tag etc. she began to remember. She said she was at a birthday party and that someone was supposed to remind her to add my service call the the schedule, they obviously didnt and she forgot to add me... Ooops. I sat there silently as I listended to her rambling and she abruply told me that she was "going to call one of the guys who had the drain clenaing equiptment, since that was most likely what you need, I want to catch him before he leaves." She once again, asked for my number, location , etc and hung up. After 25 minutes later and I still hadnt heard back from her I called her, I started to worry about her assumption of my problem without a professional actually looking at it but there was no answer and once again I couldnt leave a message. Debbie called me back a minute later and said she wasnt able to get a hold of anyone. She said she was going to see when they could possibly come out next and I reminded her that I had left work early and been waiting at the house all day for someone to come. She apologized and said that she would like to make that up to me and thats when I asked her about her comment of sending the guy with the drain cleaning equitpment without first diagnosing what the problem is. She said "if it's not the drain what else are we going to do?" I then told her that I didnt want to guess the problem, that we needed to put a camera down there to figure out what is causing the problem. Debbie then informed me that they didnt have a camera and that if I wanted to have a camera put down my drain that I would need to call a diagnostic company. I said that most plumbing companies have them and she started rambling on that theirs was stolen and they never replaced it and she wasn't sure what she could do for me. At this point, I just hung up, enough of my time had been wasted, 5 plus hours I will never get back. Save yourselves some time and frustration and find a company that values professionalism, their customers and their reputation. Total fail.

I loved Terry; he showed up on time, was very good to work with, friendly, responsive. I personally feel like it's a ton of money to do something simple that I could have done, but I suppose it's less than most if you're calling professional plumbers to do your work for you.

This is the second time I have had a clog that required professional assistance, and this is the second time I called Coyote plumbing to help with a probl (the two clogs are unrelated). The previous owner of the house had used a flexible backwash hose from the pool to the cleanout access. Unfortunately the hose deterioated and broke, and I thought I pulled the whole thing out of the cleanout access. At some point, the remainder of the hose got flushed down into the main sewer line where it apparently bunched up and created a blockage. This caused a backup of dirty water into the lowest point of the system inside the house, which happened to be a sunken bath tub in the master bath. When I called Coyote Plumbing, I got their answering service who took my information and said somebody would call me back in minutes. After two hours of waiting, I called again and stressed my sense of urgency at getting somebody scheduled. I didn't want my toilets backing up into the bath tub. Some time later, I finally got a call back. This was the only issue that I had - I certainly understand that I am not the only one with urgent problems, but I don't like having an expectation set by the answering service that was not met by the company. I don't know what happened behind the scenes, but it is certainly annoying. Fortunately, one of the plumbers (Terry) was able to come over at the end of the day with an extra large snake specifically for larger pipes and quickly fixed the problem. He was 100% professional and friendly. I feel confident that if I have a problem in the future that they would again be my first pick regardless of the delay I experienced with the initial call.

The job went well. Terry was on time and did a great job in replacing the existing water shut-off valve in front of house. Existing valve frozen/rusted in open position, so couldn't shut off water to house in an emergency situation. Would definitely use Coyote Plumbing again and would ask for Terry to do the work. Very satisfied.

Could not complete all services requested, since new parts were required, but offered a path forward, and completed other tasks within the time allotted.

Everything was excellent. The work was very good. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This went very smoothly due to the consultation I received via telephone from the very nice lady in the office. She listened to the issues of the leaking and stuck in place faucet and recommended a plan of action and a new faucet type and brand. She took considerable time with me and it made all the difference when the plumber arrived and was on the clock. Thank you very much for making this as painless as possible!!! Will definitely call for future plumbing needs.

Tech was courteous, timely, clean and did great work.

At first the repair person wanted to cut into my wall and replace the plumbing that house a control cartridge since the leak would not stop with a new cartridge was installed. I suggested to use CRL to clean the copper housing and then agreed to come back at the end of the day to see if the CRL did the job. As it turned out it work just fine. I didn't like that the plumber first response was to do a major job, but when I offered another approach they were very accommodating.

Provider used Moen valve, the original manufacturer. Valve is now functioning perfectly.
