He went the extra MILE! Terry was superb! This is my 1st Angie's List purchase. It was one of those 'Shop Deals' offer & boy was it ever. The price, level of service & efficiency was spot on. My guy had to go to 2 or 3 different stores to find the part that properly fit the tub/ faucet. He brought back a pair of new 'seats' (name of part) and installed them. Less than 30 minutes later he showed me the once leaky tub/ faucet. I was so relieved an ready to put my leaky tub woes behind me

That turned out well. I'm not sure if there were any additional costs because my husband took care of it. They were on time and none of that was a problem. I recall when they were here and he was on his phone quite a lot and they are paid by the hour. The leak problem didn't solve our issue and I didn't like the fact that he wasn't very thorough.

I used a coupon special to update my outdoor hose bib and they also changed out the shut off valve. Terry was very professional, competent and customer friendly. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the new updated parts worked perfectly. I will be using Coyote Plumbing for all my future needs. Barb in Tempe

The work was performed within time and cost estimates. I purchased the service through Angie's List. I especially want to show my appreciation to Deb who was able to schedule the service on the same day that I made the purchase (due to a cancellation). Great service, I would go back to Coyote Plumbing again.

The plumber arrived and found that we had the wrong replacement parts even though the plumbing department at the big box store said they were correct. He drew careful diagrams and told us exactly what we needed and left without using any of our time. When we had the right parts, he returned immediately even though there was a wait to schedule and installed them perfectly. I am sorry that I cannot remember his name but he did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

My HOA contracted Coyote Plumbing to fix a leak in outside pipes. Terry, the tech, came on time and perform the service efficiently and professionally.

arrived on time. Corrected the problem in 15 minutes! Also gave me an estimate for future work. Did not try to sell me more than needed!

Fast, Friendly and effective

Everything went very smoothly. The installer was on time and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use this company again.

The plumber was very friendly and easy to work with. He arrived on schedule and everything was completed within two hours. There were no problems and no leaks detected. I would certainly recommend Coyote Plumbing and they will be my first choice the next time I require plumbing services.

oon. Very well. We had purchased a stem. But it was the wrong size. We were able to purchase another and the plumber installed it. He also told us some other items that will need to be serviced soon. We will definitely have the company to do other plumbing needs when the time arrives.

With a lot of struggle getting under the cabinets Kerry did a fine job. Everything was upgraded well and fast. Good job.

Terry was very knowledgeable and through. We were very pleased with the complex installation of the valves.

The technician was very professional and did a great job with all the value replacements. The only reason I would not use this company again was the $59 coupon for 1 hour of labor was not really a coupon at all. They charged me the full labor cost (plus parts), then just subtracted the $59 from the bill instead of reducing the 1 hour prepaid labor charge.

Everything from the initial phone call to the completion of the service was fantastic. This is an awesome company that I will not hesitate to call again. They were very friendly over the phone and worked with my schedule to find a good time to get the service done (time window was more important to me than getting it done quickly). I had a 2 hour window and the plumber was on-site toward the beginning of that window. He even called to give me a 15 minute heads up that he was on his way. He was friendly with my dogs, got the work done quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and the quality of the work he did was great. We are very happy with the results. Some of their competitors quoted prices 3x higher than theirs. They gave me the option of providing my own toilet (which we chose to do) or if we wanted they would bring one out.

Compared to other Angie list businesses, this company was quite slow to schedule their service appointment- when questions about it, they stated that was their "normal turnaround." However, when they called they were able to come the same day. SHowed up pretty much on time, but seemed in a hurry. Deal was for an hour of plumbing service, and fixing the drain only took 20 - 25. When asked, the plumber did look at a couple toilets. He made some minor adjustments but stated they were working normally. Individuals were not very personable.

The provider was on time. The leak was from a loose bolt between tank and bowl. He replaced the bolt and seal. He checked to make sure no other places were leaking. We have purchased a new Kitchen faucet. It was a straight forward change out. I have purchased a 1 hour deal for plumbing labor. All work was completed in that time and the minor parts he had left over from other jobs. He was very through about is work.

Work was thorough and well done. Price would have been high but they have a $59 1 hr special on Angie's List which enabled me to have multiple things done on one visit for a good price

There was a lot of coordination between the renter and Coyote plumbing to get the job done. Originally I was disappointed that the previous purchase of their special only addressed one issue and they didn't call me to ask if they could go ahead with additional fixes, so it required two special coupon purchases plus some extra cash and the inconvenience of two trips and many additional contacts. I had used them previously on my personal residence and was entirely impressed, but this last interaction did not go as well and maybe it was because it was a rental.

I emailed them with my phone number and I followed a couple of days later asking when they were going to come out. I then received a message that the scheduler would contact me to setup the appointment. Two weeks went by and I did not get a phone call. I figured that it was a bad start to begin with so I asked for a refund. They have a good rating, I just did not get to experience it.

The initial contact was great! I called (which is a forwarding service, not a direct line to the scheduling) and was called back within an hour. The appointment was booked for 10:30, and I let the scheduler know I would be coming from work to be at the appointment. At 11:30, I called to find out where they were, the call forwarding service people were very polite and let me know that they would page the owner so she could call me back. At noon, I called again. I was told that I could not be given a direct line to call scheduling, but they would page again. I did not ever receive a call back. When the plumber arrived at 12:30pm (2 hours late), he informed me that he had only been told about the job 20 minutes ago, and he apologized. I went ahead with the work since my garbage disposal was leaking water beneath my sink. The work was performed quickly and without incident. He was finished in 20 minutes. I understand that service calls can run long, or unexpected delays can occur, but what I do not appreciate is the lack of communication regarding the need to push the appointment back by 2 hours. I should have, at the very least, received a courtesy call. Thankfully, I am able to be flexible, but I found it to be unprofessional that no courtesy call was made.

Bought Angie's list deal for one hour service. After purchase, we received no follow-up so we called Coyote to schedule. They were here a couple days later to assess our problem. They needed to order parts and said they'd call when they had them. Very congenial contact; so far, so good. Then...nothing. After a week we called to see if they had the parts yet, as we understood they should have them quickly. We were told they'd check. Again, nothing happened. Another week passed and we called again. This time they told us our service tech had been on vacation and they'd have him follow up. He promptly called and scheduled the work. His work was excellent and we were pleased how quick and professional he was. So Coyote's work was as we expected from previous work they've done for us, but their communication process was poor.

It turned out very well. I didn't have a plumber in this area. They're on Angie's List so I decided to trust that. I'm very happy with them. I would use them again.
