Did an excellent job. Fast service.

After buying the service on Angie's list I called Coyote Plumbing. The lady who answered was very professional and immediately set up an appointment. On the 18th(January) the service tech (Corey B) came to our house right on the given time. He was quick to identify the problem and since he already had the needed parts, he quickly installed the new part. Everything was done very efficiently and quickly (it took about half an hour!). I am very pleased with the service I received.

Cory from Coyote and my water softener guy arrived at the same time. They identified the problem with the water softener, not the water heater. Cory did a quick check with the water heater and seeing that I already had a relationship with my WS guy, he said, "Looks like you're all set. No charge." It was really nice of him to quickly assess what was happening and then go on to his next job. When I next have a plumbing problem, I'll be sure to call Coyote.

Terry arrived on time and completed all the work in an hour. I was very impressed with the professional and efficient attitude. I will do business with Coyote Plumbing in the future and ask for Terry.

Price indicated was by use of a Angie's List coupon. Plumber fixed a leaking shower valve that was badly corroded. He advised me on what parts to get for a leaky faucet, by which I mean the actual Delta part number. He did not charge me for the parts installed which were small stuff but yet I suppose several dollars if purchased at a hardware store. I doubt that this is normal policy but it was a nice courtesy.

great price and service. Just a pain to use the angies list coupon, having to email back and forth to get service. If I wouldn't have checked my inbox on angie's list website, would have taken much longer. With a leak or major repair this can add more stress and cause customers to go elsewhere and get money back instead. This is a system not issue - not the service providers fault. FYI

Cleared toilet and got garbage disposal working again. Out of town landlord with elderly tenants.

The plumber was very efficient so he was able to get all of the things done in an hour. There was one problem. He was supposed to arrive by 11:00 AM. At 11:30 he still hadn't arrived, so I called the provider. I was told there had been a mix-up and he would arrive between 1:00-2:00. He did arrive during that time. Since the mix-up was the provider's fault, they said they would do the work for free and we could use the certificate for another service at a future date.

Terry was very punctual, courteous, and professional. Went right to work. Showed me the problem area, and told me what he would be doing to repair the issue. Terry was very careful and respectful of the property, wearing shoe covers when he really didn't need to. I will definitely use this company again for all my plumbing needs. Thanks also to Angie's list for helping me find them.

I would have given them all A's but there was a miscommunication that caused my appt. to be changed. I would recommend them as they did great work and the charges were really reasonable.

He was terrific! My contact was not even scratched. In addition, I had several unrelated plumbing questions, he answered each question patiently. I will definitely contact Coyote for my future projects!

Very good service overall. The $59.00 labor I paid covered everything I needed. We had a cracked garbage disposal which was the source of our leak and our service man had a new one on the truck and only charged what we would have paid at a home improvement store.

Great job. Very professional, and unlike what I would have expected there was no attempt to try to get me to buy additional services or up-sell me in any way. He came out, looked at the problem, knew exactly what needed to be done, did it quickly and efficiently and left the yard completely cleaned up. Not only would I hire these folks again, I already have.

So this is my 4th time I've used Coyote Plumbing. The first time was through my Home Warranty Program as were the next two but at my request for Coyote over another they were going to send out. This time it was out of pocket. I can not say enough good things about them from Timing, Price, Job Quality, Clean up to Professionalism. It's also nice to have the same plumber, in this case Terry, come to the house.

No issues. Plumber cam in with tools; de-installed the old unit and installed the new unit. Turned the water back on and the constant drip stopped

It was great. It ended up needing to have more work done. I completely got that the work that needed to be done was bit sin s not something that they do, but it would have been nice to have them follow up with recommendations before they could have done the additional work.

Professional service and very customer focused. Installed quickly and efficiently, and even after 6 months everything works. No issues since installation. They were on time, no hidden charges, professional installation. I highly recommend

they never responded back after I gave them my address and phone number. I would not try to use them again.

I was allowed one hour of service and the plumber used it well. He ran a snake to the source which fixed the problem and the sinks drained as they were supposed to. I also had him hook-up a portable bidet to one of my bathroom toilets. With his knowledge this he was able to install it by connecting the bidet hose to the toilet tank hose and that was working correctly. With time to spare. A great job.

Terry was right on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. He was very polite, pleasant and professional. I would gladly call on his services in the future.
