Description of Work: I was disappointed when I spoke with the service provider on the phone as I wanted to make an appointment for the "Big Deal" that O had purchased and the provider was very rude and short with me when I provided my address as their company does not service my area (they are located in Gilbert, AZ and I am located in Peoria, AZ; both of which are in the Phoenix area). This was fine as I understand that companies have service areas however she insinuated that I should have thought of this before my purchase. I did not very kindly that I thoroughly read all fine print as I have purchased several "Big Deals" at which time she said "well maybe see about a refund as I have talked to them about making sure there is fine print." Not a problem but rather than be friendly and refuse service or to honor the coupon in an effort to maintain my business in the future or my referral to friends in the area she then told me that I wouldn't want to pay for them to travel to my side of town (possible though I may have been willing to do so under the circumstance of the coupon). Either way, Angie's list was VERY helpful in offering a refund and I have already gone on the site and purchased a new "Big Deal" from another plumbing company who has already made an appointment with me for early next week. I have always had great experiences using Angie's List and the Big Deals that come through so I fully believe that this was just a rarity. Thanks for your help!!!

Description of Work: On time, very informative, even waited while I ran to get a part at the hardware store so he could install it for me.

Description of Work: My garbage disposal was leaking and by the time I discovered the problem there was enough water under the sink that I could have floated a boat. This was at night so I cleaned out all the products and dried up all the water. The next morning I called Coyote Plumbing and they were super! Debbie made sure I was added to the schedule that same day. Terry came out to my house as the last call of his day and I'm sure he had rather have gone home. That's an indication of how good their customer service is. I could have waited another day for the service call but they made sure I didn't have to worry about there being more water to do damage to the wood cabinet. Terry was professional, friendly, customer oriented and did a super job in a very short time. He knows his trade well!! I will continue to call Coyote when I have a problem and I will recommend them every chance I have.
