Description of Work: Replaced all outdoor hose bibs. Tried it myself first, and made a mess of things. They not only fixed the problem but they did it quickly and for 20% less than two other quotes.

Description of Work: I called to have the plumbing under my bathroom vanity reconnected after replacing the top and to install a new faucet in the kitchen. I used the promo for 2 hours @$118.00 and was told that would be ample time. They did a very good job; however, the job took just under 4 hours and I owed an additional $176.00. | |I was upset because the plumber installed the cover over the hole in the kitchen sink crooked and I asked him to re-do that part of the job. Somehow this cost me an additional $179.00 for an additional 1 hour and 45 minutes of labor. I'm still not sure how that happened. | |I come from a family of plumbers, electricians and carpenters back East and they have never charged a customer more than double the original estimate, nor have they charged a customer for their error. My house is only 2 years old, so it's not like there were hidden problems. I even cleaned all the parts so they were ready to go. | |I payed the bill rather than argue, but I felt taken. The final outcome of the job was to my satisfaction and they were prompt and courteous, which is half the battle these days. Just make sure you discuss how long the job will take and set your expectations up front with the person who is actually doing the work before they begin.

Description of Work: came at the beginning of 3 hour window. I didn't expect that. came inside and took a look at the problem right away. services were not performed because he let me know is going to cost $400 a hole in my living room wall to repair shower. going to get a second opinion not because he didn't do a good job but because it's a lot of money.

Description of Work: It took over a week just to get an appointment. The front office person (scheduler?) had me confused with another customer ---- and actually got irate with me and scheduled me for the wrong service. When I questioned her, she eventually realized her mistake and changed it. No apology for the delay or the rudeness. The actual plumber was great - prompt, quick, knowledgeable. But waiting a week for a plumbing appointment was ridiculous.

Description of Work: Terry was great. He arrived on time and was very professional. He did a great job of replacing my shower diverter which I bought myself and washer water supply valves. Terry was great to work with. Very satisfied with the job.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for one hour of service from Angie's list. Even though it just required replacing a screen in my faucet, the plumber was nice, professional and prompt.

Description of Work: Unclogged bathroom toilet. Discovered roots in the plumbing. Gave recommendations to prevent future issues. Technician was very friendly and helpful. He was determined to find the problem after multiple failed attempts to find the issue causing the clog. Eventually he cleared the clog and the toilet has been working fine since.

Description of Work: Unplugged a toilet. Luckily there was a Angie's list coupon or it would have been an expensive fix for a simple problem. But, I would use this provider again, because they we're good.
