Description of Work: He acted as if he was in a rush to get home or to the next job. I showed him several problems, none of which he fixed. Some because he said they couldn't be fixed, or might cause bigger problems, but he never snaked the line or seemed to care one way or another.

Description of Work: Showed up on time. Very professional and helpful. Replaced 2 outside water valves, replaced 2 toilets, installed washer pan. Great pricing and very pleasant to work with. We had water leaks within our bathroom. They fixed the leaks, cleaned up the repair area and performed the same professionalism as before.

Terry also installed a new shower fixture. He cleared two bathroom drains, and gave us some good tips which we have used. We were very happy with the service.

Description of Work: Total price to install water softener was as high as what Home depot would have charged although the estimate provided over the phone was much lower. |Also technician did not have the right fittings so he had to stop the job to go and buy the fittings at the local ace hardware, which took time. |First tests showed some leaks so had to re-do the job twice. No leaks since then.

Description of Work: Great. I have a huge Swiss gas grill that we wanted set up and connected to our pre-plumbed gas connection. It took two visits (no cost for the first). The plumber told me exactly what I needed from the Swiss company for correct and safe installation. When I received the pieces, the same plumber came back with hardware that he knew we needed and installed the grill in working order within a half an hour. He was extremely polite and courteous. The woman in charge of billing was so sweet and cooperative with me.

Description of Work: Plumber replaced stuck water valve under kitchen sink. Also replaced frozen water valve at main outside intake. The latter was labor intensive. |My only negative was that a $59 charge was added to the $289. I thought |$289 on bill given me by plumber was total charge and did not find out about the additional charge until in appeared on my bank statement.
