Climate Kings is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on customer service. Over my years of experience working for major A/C companies, the customer service aspect was the number one problem with the company. In almost EVERY single situation. We will strive to be on time once an appointment is set. If unseen circumstances cause us to run late, we will always call. We call every customer beforehand to give them approx 30 minutes notice. We have all the necessary tools to complete the job. We have newer trucks to avoid untimely breakdowns and eyesores in front of your home. We wear uniforms and pay attention to our employees appearance and hygiene. Don't waste your time and money paying a larger company more for the parts, more for the repairs, and more for the technician(who is likely less knowledgeable). Let us help you through what most consider to be a scary experience due to morally challenged contractors!

-We repair all of the following: Heat Pumps Gas units Split systems Packaged rooftop systems Mini split systems We offer maintenace programs as well as one time maintenance appointments. We can install any of the above equipent from the ground up. Anything you can think you would need for your homes A/C system, can be handled by our company.

Services we don't offer

We do not work on window a/c's, swamp coolers, or water source equipment(rare, but there are some in AZ)

I was trying to get an estimate of how much a new heat pump would cost and went through a web-site that sends a request to available contractors. Climate Kings called within a half an hour and said that they could send Shawn out the same day. Shawn called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was neat, friendly and professional. He explained everything to me: I don't need a new heat pump at this time, just a new part. I was very pleased with the price and quality of work. (He even offered to come out and change my filters whenever I need them changed because neuropathy makes me unsteady on my feet.)
Description of Work: Cooling tune-up and replacement of capacitor.
