I purchased a new Carrier A/C unit from them four years ago, three years out of the one-year warranty, and since then, they have had to come out every year. The fan quit on the new unit the first time; the second time, they had to replace the relay on the new unit; the third time, the relay was bad in the handler in the attic, and now it is not working again. I have an 83-year-old grandmother living with us who is completely bedridden. and cannot deal with the high temperature in the house. When we contacted the owner, he responded, "It is actually four years old. This is the 3rd issue in 4yrs. Call someone else. This is absurd. Do not spend your money or your time with this company. They do not stand behind their product; I should not have to have a brand new unit that was completely replaced, including the handler, fixed every year.

Try this company! Great overall experience! I was definitely impressed with the professionalism, honesty and integrity shown by Chris, the owner, as well as his employee Dustin. My story has a happy ending. Being a single parent, I was diligent and had 3 other companies quote the repairs on my unit and was feeling overwhelmed. One quote was triple Chris's quote for only 3 of the items I had replaced. The other quotes were at least double Chris's quote and again, did not include all of the items I had repaired. Wow, I thought how could this be. How could the pricing be so different? But after the repairs were completed and my A/C was working perfectly, I knew the answer. I think it's pretty evident. Chris was honest, responded to my inquiries almost immediately, kept me informed about ordering the parts and his employee was professional, courteous and right on time. If you want honesty and integrity at a more than fair price, give CFR Mechanical a try. I am so glad that I did. Thanks Chris!
