When the tech showed he was very friendly and evaluated the damage to my door track and told me he just needed to adjust them not replace them. He also did a tune-up which included adjusting the spring tension. My door is back to it's normal operation now.

Didnâ t go smoothly to begin with. Some issues with wiring that made it faulty. But hereâ s why I gave 5 stars. I called the next day which was a weekend. Left a message and promptly got a reply from the owner stating that theyâ ll be out first thing Monday morning to take a look . The owner came himself and made the necessary adjustments/repairs. Not crazy it wasnâ t done right initially but impressed with ownership of the problem and the quick solution. Checked with 3 other garage door services. Blue Fox offered the best prices and didnâ t try and sell anything I didnâ t want. Would recommend !

Gabe did an excellent job in both reviewing the garage door project, bidding on the project and fully/reliably completing the project one day after bidding and completing the repair.

Very experienced Tech who overhauled by garage door cable system and replaced/adjusted the cable lift/open/close system. Also, lower cost than other bids

Prompt professional job

Very courteous, Brad came, review, and fixed the bottom wheel that was bended. We discuss a few option weather to replace a few section or replacing completely. Brad then show us the choices of the garage doors with prices & how long it will take to get inventory in. My husband & I still thinking over. We're definitely will go with Blue Fox if we decide to replace the garage door. We appreciate his expertly, well manner, thank you.

From hiring to getting job done everything was spectacular. Got same day appointment and the technician who showed up was very precise and explained what he could do and gave me a quote that no one else was even close.

He took the time to explain what had happened to the garage door and what was needed. Reasonably priced. I recommend calling Blue Fox should you need door repairs.

I found Brad very pleasant and honest in his approach. The technician ( I can't remember his name. I think it was Gabe) arrived earlier than I expected which was a good thing in that I wanted the door repaired as soon as possible. The technician was also pleasant, knowledgeable, and knew just what to do. I was having a problem programming my outside keypad and he helped me with that also. I would definitely hire these guys again and recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.
