Over the last two years the property has improved significantly because of the services provided by TK Haley. The appearance of the grounds is a significant draw for perspective tenants, and a real joy for those that do live at The Tapestry at Granville apartments. Rodney and his team have been a pleasure to work with, and we anticipate many more years of excellent service.

Rodney and his crew are extremely professional and very knowledgable. His estimates for work are accurate and he doesn't come back with "surprises" to his bids. I have referred Rodney and his company to many friends and will continue to work with Rodney in the future - I couldn't ask for a better company to work with.

Jeff Rocke from TK Haley came out and walked our entire property with me and pointed out the areas that needed attention and what had to be cut back. Once we agreed to terms Jeff had us scheduled for a few days later. His team arrived on time and went right to work. Jeff introduced me to Megan and Rudy, his team leaders. They did a fantastic job! It took them 2 days to complete the project and I can tell you that everything Jeff promised to do they did! At the end of the day Rudy asked if I would walk the property with him to make sure they didn't miss anything. Were we satisfied with the work? We were so impressed with the people of TK Haley and their work that we signed up for their monthly maintenance service. Our home has not looked better!

Rodney and his staff are incredible! They arrive on time, complete their work in a professional, competent manner, explain what they have done and what the homeowner needs to do, come back to make adjustments, leave the yard neat and tidy, and do it all with good humor and a pleasant demeanor. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and kindness of the staff.

Rodney came out and got the outside automatic drip watering system working correctly. We had someone out before him, but that person did not know automatic watering systems very well (he told me he did), and the water just kept running and running. I called that first person back, but he said he would not come out to figure out what was wrong, forcing me to call someone else. We had to turn off the main switch and search for a new person. We called Rodney who was very responsive to our problem. I wish I had called him first. He came out almost immediately. He is very easy to talk to and I felt he was very knowledgeable about watering systems and setting the right times. He also brought the equipment to put a deep-root fertilizer down in the soil around 3 of our trees: a maple, a blue spruce, and an oak. We had just bought the house, so we did not know anything about the watering system other than it had the automatic set-up. But everything had been off until we had the first person out. The difference in attitude from the first person to Rodney was night and day. I feel that if I called Rodney right now and said, "Help! We have a big problem going on!" (which is exactly what I actually did), he would come out straight away and fix it. That is very reassuring to know. Our blue spruce is already looking healthier since his treatment.

They were able to do the work on short notice so that we could have it done when our company arrived for the Memorial Day weekend. The yard looks great and the crew was willing to take on additional work as the job progressed. Great job!

Rodney is the owner, and he is just a very ethical man to work with. He really stands behind what they do and is happy to work with you to ensure you are pleased with the results. We've always been very happy with his work.

They installed drip system in back yard. They were on time and finished work in a timely manner. Great company. Will use again.

Rodney Steidinger (owner) came out last week to survey the work we were requesting. We just moved to Prescott and the home we purchased had been vacant for six months so the landscaping was in dire need of trimming and cleanup. Rodney took his time walking the property with us and discussing what needed to be done plus answering all of our questions. We accepted the quote and he indicated he would contact us at the beginning of the week with work commencing toward the latter part of the week. Rodney telephoned this morning asking if he could come out today as there was a delay in the job he originally scheduled. He apologized for the late notice. My husband and I were thrilled that he was able to come out today. Rodney and his crew arrived at 9:30 this morning and completed the job at 4:30 this afternoon. Rodney walked the job with his crew and left. The crew was excellent at trimming the shrubs, removal of the skunk bush and cleaned up all debris. Rodney came back and installed the new drip control panel and repaired minor leaks. He also walked the site to ensure the job was completed. We would highly recommend TKHaley and will definitely utilize their service again. Thanks to TKHaley Yard Work our yard looks fantastic!

They were wonderful and have come back several times to tinker for us and we really like them. We have used their services for about two years. I think they are really good and are very nice people. They are extraordinarily responsive and do some things like apply fertilizer automatically. Their pricing is at the top end of the scale but I know you get what you pay for so I am not unhappy with it. I will use them again in the future. He has good manners, a good sense of humor and I don't hesitate to recommend him to other people.

He has new, medium heavy equipment which he used to treat my grass. He has put so much work in for the money I have paid and has done a great job so far and will be coming out again son. He is polite and courteous, as well as very knowledgeable when it comes to lawn care. He really knows his craft. He serves the greater Prescott area. I would highly recommend him.
