Zebra was extremely professional and caring in the work they performed. From the first meeting with the owner discussing our project to the final walk through we were very impressed with the ethics and attention to detail. Omar (the foreman) made sure we were happy with the work on a daily basis and offered ideas to enhance the landscaping. Once the crews arrived they stayed in force until the job was completed (over four weeks). We was impressed with the way they respected our property, each night their tools were neatly stacked with the equipment parked out of the way. They cleaned and sweep up each night and packed away any generated trash back to their yard. Highly recommend this company for use on your property.

It's a nice lawn service. They show up on time and they do a great work. I would give them the best. The price was fair.

ZebraScapes did a small set of plantings for us early this year, and based on the quality of their work then we signed a quarterly maintenance agreement for our yard. They have just completed a larger job for us with shrubs, trees and an additional irrigation line. In both cases, Jim guided us on what to plant and where. His quotes were prompt and installation followed shortly after. Everything was done professionally and with attention to detail. When a shrub died shortly after planting, it was promptly replaced. We?re very pleased with ZebraScapes - prices are fair and service is excellent, and we plan to have them take care of all our future landscape needs.

Everything went well. Work was done properly, in a timely manner, they cleaned up properly. The crew were friendly and courteous.

With something this extensive, there were a few hiccups, but all in all, a job very well done. We are dug into the side of a mountain up here, and deal with drainage problems all the time. So in addition to the new heavy retaining wall, many other issues were dealt with, putting in new underground drain pipes, etc. Now that we've had some time to see how it all functions, with all the rain we've had since then, I have to say it all works AS IT SHOULD. Yes, some of the shrubs died that were planted, but ----- that is the problem with Mother Nature, she doesn't always do what you want her to. The original review was written by my wife, and she let her feelings run away with her comments. Yes, the guys cut some branches off of our main shade tree in the front yard, and we wish they hadn't, but --- Jim can't be everywhere all the time. I'm sure he addressed this problem. Also, in all fairness, he did do additional work free of charge after that problem happened. Thank you Jim and Lisa! I apologize for the initial review, it was submitted without my knowledge. You were very understanding of how we felt about that big tree being cut back, but ------- as I said, the entire job has functioned as you said it would when you were done. I really had my doubts that we could ever take care of all the problem areas we have up here, but so far ---- FANTASTIC. The workers basically piled up rocks on top that made the water feature look like a volcano or pizza oven. There was no symmetry to the water feature. After discussing this with the contractor, he agreed and informed his workers to complete the side area. They proceeded to just pile rocks on. It turned out worst than it was before they started. In all fairness, the contractor did ask my husband if I was now happy with it. We told him we were because we realized they were out of their element in knowing how to work with water features. Additionally, one of the reasons we had them work on the water feature was to fix the liner because it leaked. The water feature continued to leak after they completed the project. We really struggled with letting them know because we did not feel good about paying the whole amount; however, we did pay the amount. I fully believe had we let them know, they would have been conscientious in trying to make it better either monetarily or in some other fashion. We ended up finding another contractor (who was out of Phoenix) and while we paid money again, it is truly a remarkable water feature.

Trimmed plants for spring growth; shape up plants and trees. Blow leaves, debris and pick up and haul away. Winterize irrigation system. ($810.00) They also did a deep root feed on all the trees bit with a special fertilizer. ($500.00)

Installed new timer, checked on outdated plumbing for a newly purchased residence, set up timer for summer heat watering.

Very courteous from my first phone call with Lisa. Luke was here in less than 2 hours to fix our water leak, which was at the valve. They called later to let me know they were in the area and could spray the emergent that day, before it rained. Great customer service. I am very pleased.

Our home was professionally landscaped by prior owners in 1999. We purchased this home 3 years ago and we lived out of State. Rodney has been out 3 times for various clean/trimmings and maintenance of water/drip lines. Needless to say, the renters did not do their due diligence, per rental contract. Once we moved in, in November 2014, it was over run with old growth and not to my taste or liking. We had 9 very large shrubs taken out, stumps grounded out/down and all the mulch saved. In addition 3 trees that were in a bad way we also taken out. Numerous misc small shrubs trimmed up. A large plum tree pruned back and now looks beautiful. His crew took 2 days and cleaned everything up. All his crew were polite and friendly. Rodney was here through out both days to check on any issues or concerns we may have. This is the 3rd time I have used this company. They may not be the cheapest around but you get what you pay for! I will be using them in the spring for new landscaping/design for our home. Work went very well. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, communicated well, results were very satisfactory.. I was completely pleased with the work and the workers.

They are always on time, walk the yard, discuss bush & tree trimming, irrigation. They walk the yard after finishing. Polite and concerned. Clean up nicely.

I had a problem with some land erosion and a fire hazarded with all the Scrub Oak and other bushes. It took longer than expected, because of all the rain we were getting, but everything looks great and I am happy. I will be calling them back for more work in the spring.

We were not living in the house when we contacted TK Haley, but they were very accommodating in removing trees for us without us being home. Trees were removed exactly how we wanted them to be and we have not had any problems with the area that they were in at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And their prices were very reasonable.

We contracted with TK Haley because of the reviews on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. Although we were extremely pleased with the looks of the landscaping when the job ended, I waited until now to write this review because I wanted to see how the landscaping performed during the monsoons. No problem there at all: the water flows down the stone channels (I call them "cricks") in the back through to the front without overflowing (at least not so far - no reason to think they will). Although the quoted price seemed a bit high (lower than the final price because had change orders), when the job was done we felt it was well worth it. Not only was the work excellent, dealing with Rodney and Jim was smooth as silk. Jim came by regularly to ensure the work was going as planned and together we fine-tuned what we wanted. The workers also were friendly and did not goof off. They also seemed to like our St. Bernard, who decided the workers were family (friendly "Hi" bark instead of "Get away"). All in all, a pleasant and rewarding experience. We will definitely use them again for any other landscape work we have.

They arrived at the agreed upon time and performed the work contracted for in a professional and timely manner. They offered suggestions for the health and maintenance of our existing landscaping.

The first time they came out to look at the system. After telling me that I had some drip irrigation lines that needed repair/replaced, I scheduled the work, then received a bill before the work had been done. When I complained that I had been billed before the service was complete, they said they couldn't get in because of my dog but failed to let me know. We rescheduled and they fixed the leaks. However, when they turned the system on, the control valves weren't working correctly. They had to get the parts and dig up the control box to fix it. They assured me it was fixed but when I turned the system on, the box flooded. They came out again to fix it, happy to say they warranted their work and would make it right. Their bill was reasonable for the work accomplished. With hot weather, I turned the system on and inspected it. I wasn't see any water or wet spots. In looking at the control valves, it seems they took out to valves and left their connection empty, perhaps moving them to the other connection where one of the valves was leaking. They also left the walves in the off position. I reset the timer and the system came on. After scheduling it to water today and then every third day, I left for several hours, only to come home and find the system didn't shut off and the in-ground valve box was flooded, just as it had been when I first called for service. I don't even want to call this company anymore. Their work is so unacceptable that I don't want them to even try and fix it anymore.

On October 7, I engaged T K Haley for a fall cleanup at $425 and was extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff, both on the phone and in person on the scheduled cleanup day. I was offered a monthly rate of $125 per month for year around service, which would include fall and spring cleanup, management and care of my drip watering system, pre-emergent weed treatment, and twice-annual fertilizing and spraying. The November 14th visit was the first of these monthly visits, and I was more than pleased with the cleanup, the servicing of my drip system, and additionally,creating a waterway for rainwater that was backing up into my garage. When I spotted something that hadn't been done with the water system, the response was immediate and thorough.
