Yavapai Roofing

I used Yavapai roofing in the past to correct damage left by the original Builder, recently another issue arose so I contacted yavapai again. Yavapai’s estimate was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. The Tech was thorough and did not rush the job and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Yavapai Roofing did an excellent job of repairing Sloppy work completed by the original installer!! Would definitely recommend this company😁

Great information, good communication, and on-time!

I purchased my home in December 2021, with a brand new roof that had been installed by Yavapai Roofing. The roof began leaking around the chimney through the back porch with the first heavy rain in 2022. Yavapai Roofing owner Doug sent workers who, instead of removing shingles to find the source of the leak and replacing them, applied a thick coat of sticky black tar around the base of the chimney. I had not approved of the application of tar, which was applied sloppily, splashed on the chimney stucco. The repair looked awful, but Doug insisted it was an acceptable job. He refused to remove the tar and fix the roof, offering only to paint over the tarry mess. With the first big rain since, my 2 year old roof is leaking again in exactly the same location. At this point I can’t trust Doug to make right on the roofing repair, and have no option but to find another roofer who will clean up the mess and repair the leak. To the problems with workmanship I have experienced, avoid using this company for a new roof or repair.

Doug, the owner is extremely professional. He answers or returns calls asap and he is very responsive to questions and concerns. His on site supervisor, Bryn was very polite and professional and patient with all of my concerns and questions and I had a lot! The job was done quickly and done right. I would highly recommend this company for any roof concerns.

I HAD A LARGE ROOF REPLACED, 6,600 SQ.FT. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND PROFESSIONAL. MIKE WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. MOST IMPORTANT, I HAD 3 CLEAN UP ITEMS NEEDING ATTENTION AFTER THEY WERE 100% PAID. ONE WAS AN ORDERED PART (SOLAR TUBE) THE OTHERS WERE TOUCH UP. MIKE CAME BACK ON 3 SEPERATE OCCASIONS AND FINISHED EVERYTHING AS REQUESTED. SPEAKS HIGHLY ABOUT THE CHARACTER AND BUSINESS ETHICS.
