Description of Work: I am pleased to provide feedback regarding our work with Robin McManus in the recent purchase of our home. Robin is fantastic! She helped us define what we were looking for in terms of size of home, price range, location, and features that are important to us. We never felt that we wasted time looking at homes that were not suitable. Throughout it all, she was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and maintained a great sense of humor. It was important to us that we work with a realtor who was also responsive and kept us in the loop. Robin was always responsive to calls, emails, and requests. When we selected our home, the real work began. Robin was diligent with the details. As we looked at the house in more detail, we made a list of the repairs we wanted to request and the questions we had for the listing agent. Robin also noted these items and followed up on every one. The house inspection revealed more items to add to the list. Robin's diligence in working with the listing agent was crucial to the success of this closing. Some items that are important to us were delayed or ignored by everyone except Robin and us! However, I must say that the sellers were incredibly cooperative. Finally, Robin was the link between us, the title company, our lender, and the listing agent regarding date of close of escrow, tying up the details regarding unfinished repairs, making sure we had the receipts for all work done, and so much more. She has helped us select skilled workers by suggesting choices to complete additional work such as changing locks, electrical and plumbing work.
