Description of Work: VI sanded and put two coats of oil-based finish on my 1920s-Era maple floors. They look marvelous and have retained their character and interesting grain. Vic was knowledgeable about what grade of maple the boards were and what type of finish would hold up better with a large dog in the house. Vic return my phone calls punctually, made some special arrangements to reduce my costs, and was generally amiable and forthright.

Description of Work: All flooring in our home was sanded/stained and sealed with perfection. The floors are 35 years old and now look brand new. The stain is rich and warm and beautiful.

Description of Work: Proprietor is Victor Smith. His estimate was $1000 less than major competitor here in Prescott. He spent 3 days refinishing all hardwood floors in my parents' home. He was punctual, thorough, easily accessible. He worked independently. There were no hidden fees. The floors(which were 40 yrs old) are beautiful, look new.Vic doesn't move furniture, but I was able to find some men who helped.I would not hesitate to show off his work or to hire him again. I cannot emphasize enough how good his work is.
