Ok. Key questions were answered. May check out some other residential irrigation companies for a little more insight and suggestions.

Everything was done as planned and according to the bid he gave us. He showed up on time or even a few minutes before the set time and when I noticed him, he was already at work.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I was comfortable that it would be a high quality installation. However, the estimate was more than I wanted to spend at this point. We may be revisiting the project again in the spring and won't hesitate to contact TLC again in the future.

We were referred to Rick by the locally well-regarded plant store. We called Rick, he responded promptly, and made an appointment for him to visit. He showed up a few minutes early(!), looked around, made notes, and explained what needed to be done. He also showed us how to do the work ourselves if we wanted to, and explained what we would need to purchase to do so. We decided to have him do the work, as we were busy moving in, etc. He made an appointment to come back in a few days, again showed up early on the agreed upon day, and worked without break until the work was done. He then reviewed with us what he had done, and showed us how it worked. He also provided a guarantee on his work, and gave us tips on what would be needed to do (and explained what we needed to do) for winter prep for our system. All-in-all, Rick provided a professional service and I would give an unqualified recommendation for anyone needing help with plant irrigation services in the greater Prescott area.
