Because of the high rating I called this vendor and I left a voicemail message asking for a return call. I got a return call for the next day and scheduled an appointment for a consultation for 11:00 a.m. on June 13, 2017. The woman who returned my call during my business hours refused to allow me to call her back during one of my breaks. She did not seem to be listening to me. She did not seem to care about my business, claiming many times that the company was very busy. She even suggested that I might want to use one of her competitors. I had to fight to make an appointment. When I did make the appointment I made the mistake of saying that I would see her on Tuesday morning, She then lambasted me with the harangue that she does not do morning appointments. I reminded her that 11:00 a.m. was technically still the morning. I was frustrated to the point of annoyance. Thinking about it overnight, I decided to call back and I left a voicemail that I had decided to take her advice and use one of her company's competitors. This company who is not listed on Angie's List was extremely professional and I paid them $190 for the job that this company was to busy to do.

Sheila took the order and John custom cut and installed. They are a husband wife team that perfectly compliment each other. John is a Master Craftsman and everything he does is done with precision. "Good enough" IS NOT! They also do window and door installations and screens.

For screen we have used The Mobile Screen Shop. We have used them before. When we had them out for windows we talked to him about doing the deck and liked their work from some other job that they did so we had them do it. They are very nice people and they do their best. We have used them a couple of different times, 2 or 3 times.

John is the ultimate professional. Communicates his intentions and shows up on time. He picked up the new storm doors from the store where I had ordered them, transported them to our home and spent parts of three days installing them. He removed all the old doors and took them away. He had to modify the trim around a door to accommodate one new door. He cleaned up after completion of work. One door had a scratched window and another door had a defective closer. I got new parts and called John to arrange installation. He showed up the next day and took care of both problems. Would highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again.

They were great. They were on time. The guy was very patient and waited while we cleaned the windows.

Very professionally done, also cleaned and "tuned" door track and contact areas. We would definitely use them again for screen replacement whether it is just the screen or if the frame also needed to be replaced.

Workman arrived promptly as per appointment. He carefully examined screen and carefully removed screen door so he didn't break the slider door little wheels. Took it to his mobile repair trailer parked in front of my home. Screen replaced in less than 20 minutes. Door reinstalled.

Prompt and competent. Very personable. He did accidentally get too close to the window frame/glass on one of the windows, which ultimately caused the glass to crack. It took a couple of weeks before I noticed it but he came back to evaluate and did not dispute in the least that he'd caused it. They had a local glass company come out to make the repair and the new window will be installed this Saturday. I really appreciated that he took full ownership of the problem and promptly acted to resolve it.

It went great! He was done quickly and workmanship was superb! Very reasonable and convenient, since he comes to your place and does everything right there! Very professional and reasonable!

I phoned Sheila with details about the work that was required and specific measurements. She provided me with an estimate for all the work and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. (Apparently I got lucky because the Mobile Screen Shop is the only onsite screen repair service for miles around. Thus, they are usually booked a month in advance.) The next week John showed up on schedule and did the work efficiently. He seemed honest and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the finished work. I didn't realize until after he left that I had been overcharged for one of the services. After phoning Sheila, she noted the error in billing. John returned within a couple hours and refunded the amount that had been overcharged.

I contacted the Mobile Screen Shop to get an approximate estimate on repairing screens. I found Sheila to be professional and informative. We scheduled to have them come out and repair the screens. In the interim I decided to have a pet screen installed on the slider. I telephoned Sheila and she provided me with the cost for the pet screen. Before the scheduled date I called again and requested another pet screen be installed. They had no problem accommodating me with the changes requested. While he was here installing the screens I made another change and requested replacement of yet another screen. He told me that every third screen was free so replacement of that screen ended up being free of charge. He told me they advertise in the Dex phone book and have a coupon where every third screen is free, which I was unaware of but he gave me the discount anyway. He did a wonderful job and we are extremely pleased with the screens. When the time comes we will use The Mobile Screen Shop again. I strongly recommend this company for your screening needs.

This was a very pleasant experience. The service was prompt and professional. The screen repairs were completed quickly and the new screen was made to fit perfectly in our window. I found the price to be very reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone needing screen work done. It's always nice to find people who do an outstanding job and deliver everything they promised promptly. I wish them years of continued success.

Sheila came to our house to give us an estimate of what it would take to complete our job. She showed us the different types of screen that they used. Since we have dogs we didn't want to have them run through the screens, but Sheila helped us choose the right screens for the right areas. The screens needed to attach to our odd-shaped pillars on the deck to keep the insects out. We also needed a pet door installed. Sheila took measurements and offered suggestions of where we could end the enclosure in order to save some money. She was able to give us a firm quote within a couple of days. The job took 5 days to complete. John did all the work himself. He built the frames around our deck structure, then installed the appropriate screen materials, from pet screen to bug screen to sun screen. He was meticulous in detail to make sure everything fit properly. The whole project turned out better than we had imagined.

The company was very informative and gave us many options for what screening we wanted were. There are several option that he did not know about and they made the recommendation that best suited our needs. The actual work was done on time and my wife an I were thrilled with the final product. I will be using them again in the future.
