Seamless Purchase! Great informative listing. Ian my agent, who works with Brad, was very quick to respond to my interest and I was lucky enough to be first in line. I knew the property would not last as a listing and, on my end, didn't want to get into a bidding war. Ian immediately put into motion the details to my request to move forward. He is always available and gets back to you in a timely manner when you have questions and regardless of the day... he is there to help. I was guided through the process without any snags and everyone that worked with me through the process was dedicated to my closing of the property. I might add that I am out of state and being able to have a team put this sale together was a memorable experience!
