+ -1 moreDid not have the part needed to repair my year and a half old refrigerator. I bought all my appliances from Sears in 2013 and guess what, the warranties were expired. He told me what the part was so I ordered it on line. The gentleman who installed it said it was not the part I was told to get but something else. Great! Now I'm stuck with a new mother board and my beautiful stainless steel french door refrigerator is still not working! I will never buy another item from Sears.
Description of Work: Showed up on time and very nice, polite and friendly. He diagnosed what was wrong.

+ 0 moreWe bought all the appliances from them and we had their respective warranties. The warranties were quite expensive. They fixed the refrigerator but did not do the dishwasher because I had dropped the warranty. They were punctual but I was not entirely satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: I used Sears at the Gateway Mall for repairing our dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
