I do not like the idea of having to join an organization to get a better price. Also, the company should also notify you up front that there is a charge for coming out to give an estimate for the job.

The two-man team that did the work was very efficient , worked quickly and kept me informed as to what they were doing and what they found.

Easton was courteous, helpful ,.knowledgeable, and the workmanship seemed well done. I am impressed by his training into a career, Taking care of his family--a plus for the community. I am pleased with the finished project.

The tech was extremely pleasant.

Every stage of the process was an example of excellence. The initial estimate was done by Gary, a consummate professional. This thoroughness was further demonstrated in all subsequent dealings with S&M's expertly trained and highly competent staff. Holly in dispatch and Donna are friendly and efficient. Rick and Dillon spent 3 days in cold, rainy weather performing a complex standby generator install. They were cheerful and thorough (in spite of the miserable weather) and never hesitated to answer my questions concerning the process. They are both examples of true craftsmen. We were so impressed, we had them install a whole house surge protector as an addition to the project at a reasonable cost. We just passed our final inspection and could not be more pleased. Kudos to all.

Still don t have power to my water pump

Don was the electrician assigned to my project. He met with me on his day off and was very thorough as we conducted the pre-job walk-through. Don answered all of my questions and asked questions of his to better understand my needs. The work was completed on time and on budget!

My repairs were done quickly. They even wore shoe covers to protect my vinyl floor. Would highly recommend them for any electrical repairs needed.
