Promo, showed up when promised went right to work and completed the job as asked or explained if they weren't able. Highly recommend them.

They were Prompt They explained what could be done and what my options were. The Home office was always keeping me informed of any changes in schedule. Price was a little high but not outrageous.

They do good work and located the leak. Cost of their parts is not competitive. But a good resource if you need it now.. the cost to replace a shutoff valve on a toilet was $195. I had the valve in hand but the don't warranty their work if you supply the part. Work was done in a professional manner and no problems so for.

On time, thorough, neat, professional, and all questions answered. Price is fairly high but no question about the work or the staff.

The technicians were professional, courteous , and pleasant to work with. We found it very helpful that Chris and Dillon explained what they were doing, asked about our preferences, and made helpful suggestions for how to maintain the work.

They preinstalled power for my garage heater. The heater hadn't arrived yet so I installed the heater myself. S&M called back a couple of times to help me troubleshoot my install and made sure I had performed it safely. Essentially they took the time to follow up on my safety and best interest.

These guys though not journeymen knew what they were doing and did a wonderful job. I will have them back for other work. 12/14/2020 I brought Cody from S&M Electric back to do some more work for me and as before he was quick, efficient and very good quality work. Highly recommend these guys, the front line folks, Holly, Lauren, etc were also friendly and responsive. I also had one of their tech guys call me back, though I don't remember his name, to consult on another project my sister is going to do and he was very helpful.

I was a little disappointed that one of the items did not get addressed, however I think this was an oversight. They worked quickly and were pleasant to deal with. I would use this company again.

The electricians, Chris and his protege,(forgot the younger fellow's name) were very professional and did not stop trying to complete the installation even though the fan would wobble on high speed. The total encompass of getting the fan/light installed was not easy by any means and they were determined to make the operation a complete success and they did! I would recommend their expertise and workmanship to others needing electrical installations or repairs to homeowners alike.

They did a terrific job. My garage is cooler.

Ask lots of questions about their price. Was very misleading. Was told they charge $69. Service call plus parts. My doorbell was not working. They sent TWO electricians. It took them 5 minutes to fix it and needed no parts. Just cut a wire. DONE....$126.00.

I probably would have given this company 5 stars, but they don't give Veterans discounts. I almost didn't hire them because of that, but out of the three that I spoke with, S&M were the most professional with their estimate and customer service.

Very professional, showed up on time and completed work very quickly. Gave me some advice about electrical outlet issues, and even replaced one free (I think). Overall five star.

Work was to disconnect an inverter/charger from sub-panel. This was done but resulted in a loose wire that de-energised a circuit run of 4 light switches, resulting in a call-back that was conducted the same day as the call to S&M. The visit & fix were made with-out any additional cost.
