He is an Energy Star Builder and recently completed a LEED Gold rated home. His up-to-date methods are cost effective and can be integrated into the construction of any home. Connie is the office manager who assists with organization and scheduling to improve communication with home owners and ensure their budgets stay on track. R.E.S. Contracting has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau and a twenty three year history of building homes in the Prescott area. Ed and Connie are focused on the owner’s needs, quality control, and keeping the project on budget. Our goal is to provide a truly enjoyable building experience. All homes built by R.E.S. Contracting integrate Green Building technology and employ Energy Star building techniques. Our Energy Star Certified homes will typically earn the 5 Star Rating.
