Perfectly. Work was completed in a timely manner, Final bill was less then original estimate ,Friendly , clean , good attitude. Could'nt ask for better.

No work performed, just a review of my watch

The motor was replaced and is working now. The clock keeps good time. The chimes are now restrung and work correctly. The pendulum was never fixed even though we told him twice that that it is not as it originally was designed; the spring steel at the top was shortened after it broke many years ago and has never really worked well since. The moon face does not work either. He refuses to come out and do anything to resolve this and says that it is our problem. So much for a 1 year warranty.

The owner took a few seconds but then realized which clock I was talking about and said that he would not honor the warranty because we had given him a bad review on his initial work. He told me to leave his shop and not come back. Apparently we were supposed to accept his arrogance and dishonesty. Contrary to what he states in his response to the 01/06/17 review, he told us to take the clock home ourselves, never fixed the pendulum in the manner which we had specified, never fixed the moon face, never offered to come out to our house, never asked us to bring the clock back. Just told us it was our fault and our problem and he wanted nothing to do with it. He had his money and that was all he cared about.

Terrible service, horrible attitude. Avoid at all costs.

I called for an appt. and asked approx. cost of cleaning a mantle clock.....the first thing he said.....(owner)...how can I ask that......after listening to the recording?........he then said how did I come across him.....(the whole time with a very rude tone)......almost picking a fight....I said I came across him on the internet and it did not say anything about cost.........he continued on in his rude tone and I decided he was not someone I'd like to do business with........

first couple of weeks clock worked, I called and advised that the moon phase was not working, that I set moon phase, and rewound clock like i've done for 25+ years. Quit working, called about a week or 10 days later. Service was to take place on memorial weekend. I declined that weekend. No contact. called again approx 5 or six weeks later, made appointment for service on sunday morning. called at appointment time, serviceman had not left Prescott, (1 hour drive). cancelled. Called 10/11/2016, no service, man was rude to my wife, will not service.

After picking up the clock, I noticed marring on the front and deep scratches along the back. I returned to the shop and my exact words were "this was in pristine condition when I brought it in" and showed them the marring on the front and the scratches on the back. The owner came out and said they hadn't made them and I repeated my statement and added that it was in perfect condition. His response was no it wasn't because it didn't work; and added a derogatory comment about "some customers" referring to me, which left me aghast. I have never dealt with a more obnoxious, condescending person anywhere. He proceeded to say he could fix the marring and grabbed a can of polishing paste and rubbed the front marring off as he continued to berate me and it only went down hill from there. His final comments were for me not to come back again. Had he just initially said okay, sorry about the marks on the front, let me take care of that, I would have been happy and ignored the other scratches on the back and probably rated him a B or better.

The clock was repaired quickly, accurately and on budget to like-new condition. We'll definitely use his services again for other clock and watch repair needs.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Shop repair area within view was impressive in terms of tools and equipment available.

Upon arrival and inspection several problems were found that required for the movement and chimes be taken back to the shop and repaired. The clock was delivered and assembled and this clock has never run so good. Derick was very professional and through and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him for anyone else and I will use his services again when needed.
