It went GREAT. Vince knew exactly what to do, went to the plumbing supply to get the needed materials and was back quickly, and completed all the work, and gave us an excellent overview/lesson on our in-floor hydronic radiant heating system. He worked cleanly and tested everything before leaving. He also gave us excellent advice on some questions we had relating to the water heaters and other items. He did NOT try to upsell us or suggest services that did not need to be done.

Vince was available the next day to help me out. He was prompt and kept with the job doing lots of analysis and troubleshooting. He explained it all to me, and now I understand more about my system. He even recommended sources for me to read to educate myself further. I am not experiencing any problems now, the sound is gone (except for a little at start up, to be expected) and I feel good about not wasting fuel. Also, my experience with the "office" was very positive.

Very well! Vincent Bruno pulled out a horsetail long fibers that had grown into the pipe which prevented proper draining of the toilet. He also replaced our food waste disposal which had started to leak. And he gave us advice on a yard faucet problem. He is the best!

New construction work was expertly and quickly done – no problems with the building inspections. The existing bath had a slow leak in the wall behind the tub. There was no access panel. He (Vince Bruno) managed to get to the leaking pipe from the adjoining kitchen common wall. I’ll never figure out how he squeezed into a base cabinet door and cut through the back of the cabinet and drywall to replace a section of the water pipe. This fellow has long had a neighborhood reputation for taking on difficult jobs and doing them quickly and right at a reasonable cost. My wife and I are very pleased with his work – all went very well.

Mr. Bruno did an excellent job in repairing the leaks under the sink, in replacing broken parts, and in realigning the things that were incorrectly installed before.

Mr. Bruno arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of our heating system (which was not working at all). He discovered and replaced numerous parts in the system that had failed, as well as reinstalling a part that had originally been installed backwards. He also resolved the issue of hearing water gurgling sounds when the system was in use. He was thorough and professional. He handled the dogs very well and was very pleasant to work with. He answered questions about other issues and gave suggestions. The many jobs took all day and he was very easy to work with.

I felt comfortable having Vince service the boiler and related equipment as it is apparent that he has the experience and the proper equipment to work on these systems, and the fact that he explained what he was doing at each step in the process gave the me a better understanding of our system. Excellent and timely work on completely replacing 2 toilets. Vince came in and really diagnosed the issues to ensure it would be a total and long-term fix vs. a stop-gap measure. He confirmed what was needed, gave us reasonable options for types of commodes in different price ranges and got them installed in short order. We've used Prescott In-Floor Heating & Plumbing LLC several times over the past 10 years or so. Vince is our go-to guy for plumbing issues. He really investigates the problem and figures out the best and most long-term solution. He has fixed faucets and toilets, prepared our property for Winter/potential freezing issues, repaired pipe leaks, etc. We can always count on his attention-to-detail work.

I called Friday afternoon and he came out the same day! That was great. He also noticed that the washer hookup was leaking and fixed that, too.

Vince was very responsive and thorough as always (we have used him on other projects,) and went the extra mile in trouble shooting the problem and making recommendations for future repairs.

We had Vincent come out to assess our in-floor heating system and he proved to be very knowledgeable in the field. He gave me tons of good advice and ideas about fixing our system and pointed out several things that were done incorrectly. He was here for a really long time, and granted our system is complex, but I was a bit surprised at the end of it when he said he would be billing me for his time. I've had many contractors out to bid on various projects and he is the only one that has charged me to give an estimate. I'm fine with that but it's better to tell a potential customer before rather than after the fact. As for the bid, his estimate was one of the highest I got and I ended up getting the system fully operational for a fraction of the cost I was given in his estimate. Albeit, I didn't go with many of the suggestions/option he included.
