Had to wait for the glass to come in and it ended up costing more than the quote. The company came out and measured and gave me a good suggestion about how to secure the cracked glass until he could return to fix it. Although the repairman tried carefully to remove the old trim without damaging it was to damaged to re-use so I went to the hardware store while he continued to work and got replacement trim. The company gave me some credit for the trim and the repair guy finished it up and it looks good to go.

We called two local companies to give us a quote on replacing 3 windows in our home. We had purchased glass shelves and a large mirror from Prescott Glass's shop in the past and were very happy with their service, so expected the same this time. Aaron came out to measure for the quote, and we were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He told us Scott would call in a few days with the quote. After about two weeks without a call, we called Scott and asked about the quote. He said he'd have to find our file and call back. We never heard from him again, so we placed our order with the other company. I gave them a "C" for punctuality and professionalism; an "A" for Aaron, the man who came out to measure, and an "F" for the lack of follow-up by the main office.

Prescott Glass was very prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained the types of glass and what the job would entail. They had planned out the job well regarding the time needed and worked with us in scheduling the individual rooms so that we were able to function well and use the areas even while the actual work was being done. Their crew did the work very efficiently and professionally with a friendly manner and were able to answer questions very well. They cleaned up each room at the end of each work day and especially at the end of the job. They showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would, charged what they said they would and did the work as they said they would - you can count on them.
