They were months late. I was post- op hip surgery. I had to keep calling after paying $4,000.00. Threatened to cancel service and get refund. Then they came. My complaint is after one year. I am noticing sections of fence opening up🤔! Their SCREWS ARE SCARCE OR BROKEN OFF IN BRACKETS😠I have submitted pics. Plus their nails Re pulling out of planks. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO OWN THIS COMPANY. CRAP JOB😔😠

Best Price, Excellent product & installation. Leonard gave us a friendly professional price, then Andy & Sotero installed the product about 10 or 12 days later. After dealing with the "rest" We are very happy with Prescott Fence.

Dave Haggart, owner, is completely unreliable and his word isn't worth a wooden nickel. If he didn't want the job, all he had to do was say so, instead he avoids me like a relative who owes you money. His office assistant, Peggy, promised several times ti "investigate" and have Dave call me back. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this loser.

The whole process took longer than we had hoped but no fault was due Prescott Fence. Craig showed up on time for the first estimate. He was very professional and courteous. He provided a detailed cost estimate within a few days and we evaluated his estimate along with 3 other companies. They were not the cheapest but we considered more than just cost in our evaluation. Their estimate by far provided the most detail of the 4 companies. Craig answered my numerous questions in a timely manner and even gave us an address to see their work which we loved. We then contracted with them and got HOA approval and a county permit. Once those were received, the fence was started within 2 weeks and finished about 10 days later after a slight delay on their part. The fence is wonderful, well-installed and attractive, and we are looking forward to finding a good landscaper now.

Initial discussions with Mr. Haggart regarding my prior, prime contractor's disappointing submission that was 224% of my budget, and not complete at that huge quantum of overrun. That initial submission incorporated 115' of masonry, ornamental iron for 85 feet, including a driveway with automatic opener, a walking gate, refurbishment of the existing barbed wire fence, and a series of and quot;exclusionsand quot;- which would leave the effort incomplete without incorporation. Omitted was about 90 feet of existing legacy barbed wire fencing, and about 75 feet of new chain link fence. The electrical was omitted, and the cement work and trenching for the and quot;vand quot; bar for the driveway gate as also omitted. No schedule for execution. No labor break out. I informed Mr. Haggart of my dissatisfaction with the lack completeness, sensitivity to budget, and work plan details of the prior submission at our initial meeting by the first contractor. And the omission of major portions of the fence line that were omitted from pricing (e.g. refurbishment of the existing barbed wire fence). At the risk of being redundant, we did discuss that I had no expectation that should my budget be unrealistic, that I did not expect to exercise anyone unfairly. But I did anticipate some effort to inform me of the those major items of cost and alternatives to get a solution that was approaching, if not closing on the budget. After I made several status-ing telephone calls to Mr. Haggart following the submission of details from the survey, I did get a bid with a detail of components and pricing. Just no suggestion of ways to get back within my budget. Nor a schedule for execution. His proposal was at least $3000 more than what we discussed. And some items were not delineated. My confidence that we had an understanding was small. No suggestion of possible alternatives to reduce cost. No follow up discussions. From my perspective, the price per lineal foot was much more than other sources of estimation for materials and labor available to me. The proposal was on a total job without any ability to address major, material elements of cost (e.g. driveway gate, walking gate, slope placed panels, horizontal placed panels, ornamental iron...etc.) Things which might've resulted in a discussion and negotiation. No variance analysis. No basis for analysis. No suggestions of and quot;alternativesand quot; or counter proposals that would align better with the original budget target. So- I can only suspicion he was embarrassed and didn't want to invest any more energy in pursuit of the business. Maybe my prior experience in other metro areas is too small to set appropriate expectations. Then again, HGTV always has contractors working to stay within budget and schedule with their clients. And these contractors know their significant cost elements up front. They negotiate with customers to work within the budget and time schedule commitment.

Viewed area and made drawings of work : submitted written bid, arrived promptly, were very friendly and nice. Went to work right away and finished the job in less than a day. Quality work and left the work site neat and cleaned up. We are very pleased.

They weren't very punctual, and the installation was delayed a few times. They also didn't phone my neighbor when they came to make some repairs to the fence which I specifically asked them to do. Because of this, her dogs started barking and woke her up which is inconvenient for her since she works nights. Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience.

First of all, I cannot understand anyone saying anything negative about Dave, as one reviewer did. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. When I explained the way we wanted the fence to face, he checked to see if our house was within the Prescott city limits (we are - by half a block!) and, therefore, we were restricted in the manner the fence would be erected. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the rep Tony. The two workers also were very pleasant. More importantly, they did a wonderful job. The fence is beautiful and they made sure there would be complete coverage to the ground, notwithstanding the uneven terrain. The only hiccup is that the job, which was supposed to take four days, took longer because of weather and illness of one of the workers. In the end, the delay was insignificant and worthwhile given the high quality of the job at a price well below that of a competitor. We would definitely use Prescott Fence again.

They were very good. We talked about the different kinds of fencing and what we wanted. They took measurements and gave us an estimate and told us how long it would take to do the work. We tried to get other estimates but they didn't call back and come out. They were good and we had no complaints. We looked at a job they had done in the neighborhood and talked to that guy and he liked what they had done. It took a couple of days to put the fence up. They did a good job and it was pretty much exactly what we wanted. We didn't have a single complaint. We were very pleased and would recommend them. The price was very reasonable for what we got. They called back to make sure that everything was right. They were delayed but he called to tell us that they were working on something else.

This was very bad. Fence came damaged in many areas, they were scraped and dented. Fence installed too high that even my 60 lb dog could crawl under it. Added cost to put in the gate right. Didn't secure ends of fencing. Very poor workman ship. No followup. Wanted money dispite how bad it was. I held 10%, still difficult to get them to come and comlete the job. Very bad company.

After 5 days late of getting back to me, Mr. Haggart informed me that they will not bid on the porch fencing redo.
