Description of Work: Were to create and execute my "dream shower" and workers didn't have plans to work on several occasions. Not punctual, did not clean up daily. Did not finish job as expected. We were very disappointed considering they were"#1" and came with a recommendation.

Description of Work: They were totally disinterested in considering an estimate for work to be done. They quoted a outrageous number out there which suggested "do not bother us", "we are not interested in a business relationship". | |OK by me, there are tens of competitors that treat every opportunity as legitimate.

 + -1 moreevery contractor/employee who came to the house to do the work was professional, efficient, friendly, and neat, and the work product was great. However, there seems to be a complete disconnect between the main office and the people doing the work on site. For instance, no one told the carpenter that, because of the additional weight of the glass shower door we had ordered, he was supposed to add reinforcement to the wall. The man who came to install the shower panels brought only one shelf and no safety bar. His work order indicated that's what we ordered, even though our invoice showed that we had ordered two shelves and a safety bar, and had paid for them. When I asked what product was recommended for cleaning the new shower, the answer was, "oh, yeah, it's called 'something--gloss'" I would say that, if you contract with Precision, go over every invoice line by line to be sure it correctly states what you have ordered, and make sure the employee who comes to the house has the same information. The office crew seems to be totally clueless.
