Description of Work: The day of the install, the Install crew which included Pete the owner, his son and nephew did not want to wear masks during the install. I was put in a very uncomfortable situation, where a service company I hired were disrespecting my wishes in my own home, but I needed my floors done and their office (Breen’s) threatened to cancel the install, saying that I had been difficult. I finally told them that they needed to wear a mask when I was down stairs and near them. The owners son wouldn’t even do that, until I had to give him an N95 mask of my own. Other than the owner, the other two guys were in the twenties... Covid probably would give them a runny nose, give me a ventilator. Unbelievable!! The work itself was fine, but I’d never hire them again.

Along with accommodating many additional requests, free of charge, we tried our best to make your flooring experience go as smoothly as possible. Our crews are instructed to wear masks (unless medically unsafe) and maintain social distancing standards during floor assessments and while performing work around others. We've also taken careful precautions to ensure each crew member is healthy and shows zero symptoms when arriving at work. It is unfortunate the division this COVID has caused amongst people, but we are all in it together and can only work through it as best as we are all able to together. Wishing you all the best!

The contractor was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as down to earth. The pricing was reasonable and the job was completed in a timely manner. I would use them again.

Pete and his crew where outstanding! Attention to detail. Knowledgeable. The best contractor I have found sine I moved to Arizona. You won’t go wrong hiring them.
