Description of Work: Replace existing furnace with a basic level 80000 BTU TRANE single speed forced air furnace. Add a a very efficient filter. Cost of replacement was considerably less compared to other companies! Phillip will actually break down estimate into parts and labor, none of other companies will do that! I feel that other companies are jacking up the cost of the furnace hardware (maybe labor!)

 + -1 moreThey Showed up on time with a nice size crew, carefully covered the job site with plastic sheets on the walls, counters and floors then over a two day period they professionally completed all the work exactly as described and quoted for the price quoted. I have used several other HVAC contractors over the years within the Verde Valley and Prescott areas including Home Depot and all I can say is there are a few companies out their with an A rating that I would personally rate a C or below! And watch out for Home Depot-Very Expensive and Satisfaction is NOT Guaranteed as they would have you Believe. If you are looking for a very professional Heating & Cooling contractor that offers only Top of the line units at a price that beat all the competitors then I highly recommend Phillips Heating & Cooling, Inc. They exceed even the highest standards.
Description of Work: Upgraded my older air conditioner and Air Handler with a High Efficient Trane Heat Pump also Installed a Very High Efficient Fujitsu Heat Pump Ceiling Cassette and Fixed my Air Inlet Ducting besides doing other customized work.
