PATRIOT PEST & TERMITE CONTROL

They did a fantastic job. We still get pests in the attic but we need to hire someone with a very long ladder or a cherry picker to reach the place they are accessing. Patriot is wonderful and we use them every other month and highly recommend them.

I sent a request indicating that "I just found a dead bat on the second floor and wondering if your company is able to determine where the entry/exit point is on the house so it can be sealed. Is that kind of work part of your services or do I need to find a different type of company?" The response I received was "Yes, we can do that for you." I showed the rep where I suspected the entry point could be and the rep used his flashlight to view the area from a distance of 15 to 20 feet from inside and outside and determined that there were "No visable signs of any entry." The inspection took 15 minutes and I was charged $100. They refused to adjust the bill even though they did not determine the entry/exit point as agreed. I'll have to find another company.

Our first visit from Patriot started out a bit rough with an inexperienced and rude technician. I called Patriot to explain the problem and they immediately apologized and changed our tech to Jon, who is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They will be coming every month now. I am very pleased with the service.

Extremely well. Fast response followed by a thorough inspection to determine where the rat was accessing the attic. The tech then set two traps near the most likely entry points and came back in a few days and removed the rat , He next sealed the entry points so the rat and other pest couldn't get back in. The Tech noticed a hole in the foof tiles and placed a cover over the hole to keep rain out until I could get a roofer out. He also noted other tiles that had been dislodged by a micro burst three day earlier and I noted for the roofer. This extra help to prevent future problems with pests and our roof were greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to call Patriot Pest comtol again and are now encouraged to use Angie's List again. We are relatively new to the area and great to have services available when we needed help. Ten days have past and we have had no further pest problems. A senior tech showed up on the second visit and helped with the inspection. Our tech was exceptional and we were impressed with the company program to follow up on our satisfaction of of task well done.

Ben did a wonderful job. He got rid of all of the ants that had invaded my trees. My garage had Asian Roaches and I haven't seen even one since he came. I've actually seen no insects anywhere around my home.

Still working through it but it’s getting done. They set traps and then check them. They come out quickly to do the work.

Great. The technician found and got rid of several small wasp nests. In addition, no bugs in my house.

Jaren was wonderful. They have always been right on time and I never have to hang around for them to arrive.

Kevin went above and beyond what was required by the county. Don't even consider other companies if you want the best service at a great price.

The estimator came with the treatment person. I was involved in something when they arrived, so they proceeded to treat the areas as promised, with the exception that it appeared that they did not trench around the base of the infested area. Did not notice it until they were gone. Lesson learned: Stay with them while doing the work and get a written estimate of work to be done. I still would hire them again.

I moved to Prescott Arizona in 2013 and I tried a nationwide insecticide company. They were 20 percent overpriced and were not very responsive since they had to come up from Phoenix and did not have a local representative. I called a local company (Patriot Pest) and have been very satisfied with there service, price and quality for the last 3 years. John who services my home is professional, friendly and does a great job. I have even recommended Patriot Pest to service my Parents home because I know they do a great job and I know my Parents are in good hands with John inside there home.

Patriot did a great job in a timely manner. They communicate well, which is especially helpful in a fluid situation where you are trying to coordinate suppliers, tradesmen and inspectors. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for any pest control or termite treatment.

Kevin DeWitt was always responsive. He prepared a quote with a drawing, showing the areas to be treated. The $500 fee for the property included a one-year warranty. He arrived on time and was very friendly. Because I did not have a key, he was willing to come back to finish a portion of the interior of the garage. Great service!

It killed all the ants as we requested but it did not kill the spiders. When we called they responded right away and sprayed again for the spiders. This time it did kill all the bugs. Highly Recommend their service.

We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and found many spiders and ants inside and outside the home. We called Patriot Pest & Termite Control, who were very pleasant and helpful. Jaron came out the next day, inspected, and sprayed inside and outside the home. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They will be returning in three weeks for another outside treatment, then will come every other month. We are very happy with this service; we haven't noticed any spiders or ants inside since the treatment. We can now really enjoy our home; it will be well worth the $68 every other month.

John always calls to let me know when he can come out, and he's able to reschedule if it's not convenient. I like it because I'm not under a contract, and I can skip a month if I need to. I would recommend them to anyone, and we're very happy with their service.
