It was good. He was fair comparably to the other people. He came out when he said he was going to and got his report to us when he said he was going to.

We have used Patriot Pest Control for several years after trying a couple of other companies. They are locally owned and all the technicians we have met are very professional. We are on a bi-monthly contract, but if we ever need additional service between scheduled visits they respond immediately. Since we started using Patriot we have not had any insect or rodent infestations, as we sometimes did with the other companies. We live in Highland Pines, where there is every kind of pest imaginable, and they keep things under control for us.

Work was done for the amount of the estimate. I am happy with the service.

John was prompt, courteous and professional. He asked a few questions and then got right to work. He took the time to explain why certain bugs came at certain times, and things I could do to help keep them away. When I expressed a concern about a particular area, he came back in and showed me exactly what he treated. The monsoons have driven many a pest inside but I'm confident that I'm protected now. I requested the 30 day follow up to retreat since we are expecting so much rain this year. I highly recommend this professional and prompt company.

We had just purchased our home and were in the process of moving in when we found 3 roaches in the house and 1 in the garage, the house had been empty for almost 7 months. My wife freaked out and wanted them to treat everything on a monthly basis. Patriot told us it was not necessary, to treat 2 months in a row, and every other month after that. They said they could treat on a monthly basis if that is what we wanted, but again, not needed. So we went on their recommendation and they will be our exterminators from here on. It is not every day that a business will tell a customer something is not necessary, generally they will do what brings in more money, regardless if the work is needed. I am a customer for life

They thoroughly sprayed the house and surrounding area. Got rid of the pests and now come back on a quarterly basis. Always prompt with answering messages and arriving. Did far above other pest companies. Initial price was kind of steep - but they did the job. Monthly $$ are right in line - probably less since they do so much.

Did a great job eliminating a wasp hive started in an exterior wall. Responded on short notice and did a very complete job without needing to remove any part of the wall. Thanks!

I think they did a good job and the guy was great. The guy who came in was really nice. He's the owner of the company and he's a local. He seems to be very knowledgeable. I guess he has been doing it for a long time.

We hired Patriot to spray our house after I found a tiny hole in my wood flooring surrounded by a pile of wood-like droppings. It had been a number of years since we had the house sprayed for termites and insects, and I wanted everything sprayed ? basement, foundation, and wooden outbuildings. Mike came to our home to give an estimate. The appointment was set for 10:00, and he arrived at 10 on the dot. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid for asking. When he returned to do the job, he took his time, was very thorough, and cleaned up afterward. I was a little worried because he had to drill some holes in our floor in order to treat the spot where I found the hole and droppings, but he assured me the holes would be tiny, and indeed I can hardly notice anything was done. Outside, there was one place I didn?t want him to spray, and he carefully avoided that place. The price I paid was exactly the price he quoted. He didn?t try to tell me I need a frequent re-spray or try to upsell me on any ?extras.? I chose Patriot because of their high ratings on Angie's list, and I will definitely hire Patriot again when the time comes.

The technician was punctual, courteous and seemed to answer all my concerns. I followed all of his suggestions and took care of the work that was recommended. Mike came to our property on several occasions. I did ask for a company statement or brochure of their work and any warranty, and I never received anything other then just a receipt. That is my one complaint.

We had a "smell" that would come and go. The technician went out of his way to try to resolve it which is hard to do if it is not happening at the time of the site visit. He came over additional times and kept at it - ultimately put out traps and probably was the mice that were caught. He also put up a barrier to prevent any intrusion by pests into the motor of our spa. The company was also very pleasant to work with - would use them again.

I usually am not here when he comes, but I know he's been here because of the bill he leaves. We don't have bugs or spiders or mice. This is what I wanted, and I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. $60 every other month is reasonable, especially since he will come out whenever we need him.

It's a real comfort to know that if you have a pest, you can count on someone coming out and taking care of it right away. Dave is friendly, professional and answers all our questions and gives us tips about what to look for. I am so glad I found his company. We haven't had pests since hiring him.

Mike at Patriot Pest & Termite Control came to inspect the area. He was very professioal, prompt, informative, and courteous. He explained what he was looking for, the habits of termites, what he would do to rectify the problem, the cost, and set up a date for the procedure. On the appointed date and time, Mike arrived, proformed the work efficiently, neatly and cleanly. We found all our communications with the company to be courteous and professional and would have no problem in recommending them to anyone in need of this service.

We thought we might have a termite problem and called Patriot. . Mike came out and checked it out, and assured us we had no problem, He was very knowledgeable and personable. He did not charge us for the house call. We will definitely use Patriot Pest Control for any further needs.

We had the inside and outside of our house sprayed for scorpions, ants, and other pests. They laid down glue traps to see what kind of scorpion they were dealing with. The glue trap caught a huge spider, and a snake, but no scorpions. We did find dead scorpions outside our door. So it worked well. And we found no more inside our home. Thank goodness.
