We perform background checks on each candidate before the hiring process. Once on board our team, each employee from our office staff to our technicians are fully trained and licensed with the State of Arizona and continuing education classes are performed monthly to stay on top of our high company standards.

Description of Work: We wanted to get pest control for our new home as we had already had some bugs in the house. We looked at Angie's List to get some local companies and started calling them. We never called anyone but Patriot as the lady we spoke to sounded very knowledgeable and helped us quite a bit with some questions we had about what the builder should have done about termite pre-treatment. She told us what to ask the builder and even checked a government database to see if the certificate for our house was out there. Their price was similar to what we had paid in Illinois so we thought the price was fair. The gentleman was able to come out the next day and provide the service. We asked him to check the crawl space for any evidence of mice or pack rats since we had been told they were prevalent in the area. He ended up finding some droppings and recommended a couple of options. There was no additional charge for the option we selected. We were very satisfied with the service and the gentleman that came out to our house. Another nice thing about Patriot is that they don't require you to sign a contract. The service continues until you cancel it.

Description of Work: I was told that services would be provided on Friday at $230. Instead, they did the work on Wednesday (the same day I'd called) and only charged me $215. 12 wasp nests were removed from the eaves, one bird's nest taken from a downspout, and the perimeter sprayed for ants/spiders. We were so pleased, we are now on a refular maintenance contract. | |All staff that we had contact with were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: We just bought a second home in Prescott Valley area and we wanted to be sure all "occupants" had left the home before we moved in.
