Oxi Fresh of Prescott Carpet Cleaning

Workmen associated with the franchise in this area are superb, however, the management/owner is severely lacking in business acumen or customer relations and respect. Hotel management had negotiated a semi-annual agreement with the company for commercial carpet cleaning arrangements and actually had several satisfactory seasons which entailed shutting down the hotel and hiring furniture moving and cleaning personnel to accommodate an OxiFresh crew of 2 to 3 persons to perform the agreed upon services within a 4-6 hour time period. Unfortunately, the last encounter with this franchise was a costly disaster. The company only sent 1 workman who worked tirelessly for 12 hours straight to complete the job - all the while being berated by his boss for requesting additional personnel and for not working faster (as if that was possible given the size of the job). Their lack of providing the necessary manpower to perform the job cost this customer in loss of business due to an inability to book rooms with wet carpets that evening and the following day; paying overtime wages to staff and moving contractors that had to wait to complete the cleaning process; and adding extra security to watch over rooms with open doors to assist in the drying process overnight. Fans and air conditioners had to be run in empty rooms to avoid mold and mildew forming on wet carpets in the Arizona August heat. In speaking with the owner and area manager during the process, requesting they honor the company's time frame agreement, they were unable and refused to send additional personnel or compensate for the financial damage to the hotel. They offered no discount, no apology and no indication that they valued the customer. BYW, we discovered that this company franchise owner, Natalie Erhlich, covers Northern Arizona and the Phoenix Metro area and is headquartered in Colorado, with other complaints filed directly with OxiFresh. OxiFresh... GOOD product concept.... BAD franchisee.

I love Oxifresh. The technician is always professional and pleasant. The house smells great after. Worth the money.
