It went very well. They were on time, professional and they have good price. I'm totally satisfied with them. Their pricing is pretty average and the same than the other nurseries we looked at. They had better quality product and that's why we went to them.

We called them and they said they would get back to us. We called a week later and they said they would send someone. A week later two people came and said we needed two different treatments for our bushes. They said the people would be out the next day. A week later a man came to the door saying he was there to spray our tree! And he only had one kind of spray. He sprayed the bushes with that spray. The next day we called about the other problem that needed a different spray and it took two days for someone to come do that. In the three weeks it took to get them here, the bushes suffered. We would never use this company again. It was so frustrating.

They fixed the landscape plan so it can be done in phases with different phase quotes. I hired them to do two parts of the overall plan. They were very consultative and I liked it that they did the landscape plan for free with no obligation. They drew out an entire architectural plan and let me choose different backyard and front yard phases to implement over time. I got to keep the plan even if I did not use them. The crew that came to do the cleanup and yard maintenance was punctual and was here when they said they would be. They did what they said they were going to do and the price was exactly what they had quoted. I am going to do the backyard first and then will move to the front. They also include hardscape options to add a patio and walkway. These kinds of things can be added later, too.
