LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE-YARD

Description of Work: General Spring yard clean up and application of pre-emergent.

Description of Work: I needed monthly maintenance. Patrick came out and gave me an estimate. I told him because I had dogs, I needed to have the same people come on the same day at approximately the same time. He understood and agreed. However, out of the 5 times he was here, once they did not show up on the day they were scheduled for and once he sent a crew that was part of the crew that had been here before, without the lead person. They played around with my sprinkler system, lost the instructions on how it works and set it so each station goes on for 30 minutes, daily. They also left my gate open while they went out, which meant if my dogs had been in the yard, they would have run away. I called Patrick this morning, 7/15/16 and requested he send someone to reset it and I haven't heard a word from him.

Description of Work: He's been my gardener for 20 years. He has trimmed shrubs, sprayed fertilizer, and general maintenance. He also handles my lights and sprinklers. He has done everything that deals with landscaping.

Description of Work: My initial contact with Patrick was satisfactory. I requested an estimate on trimming and checking out the drip system. An employee contacted me on Monday and wanted to come out that morning and give an estimate on the drip system - did not indicate anything about the trimming. We were on our way out to the emergency room and I told them I would call back to reschedule. I called that afternoon and left a message. Patrick returned my call and was abrasive indicating he thought this was already taken care of - I explained the situation to him and he said he would have Robert come out the next day. I did not hear from

Description of Work: They are a little pricey, but I was spoiled by prices in the Las Vegas area. They were $185 for the first time, but trimmed everything, sprayed for weeds, weeded, trimmed trees and blew off the front and back porches. The second time was $85. Their website says they charge from $75-$150, but we think we asked for additional services. Our yard was a mess. They do an excellent job, and we are keeping their services. Very polite and professional. We have an all-rock yard front and back with plants, and we get weeds even though they spray weed killer. They cleaned them up nicely.

Description of Work: I used the services of Landscape Maintenance-Yard on the 15th of November. They are here on a regular basic for lawn maintenance.
