Description of Work: After several disappointing attempts to hire a service to do some yard/weed clearing, tree trimming and hauling, and having them not return my call or having them fail to show as promised, I finally had the good fortune happen upon Kenco Tree Service. When I called Kenco, a real person (not an answering machine) answered the phone, took down my information and promised to have someone contact me shortly. Within 30 minutes, Dustin called me back and set up an appointment for 3pm the next day to come and give me an estimate on the work I needed done. The next morning, something came up that made it necessary for me to be somewhere else at 3pm. I called Dustin, and he offered to change our appointment time to 2:15pm so I could make my other appointment. Dustin arrived promptly at 2:15pm, and he quickly prepared a written estimate that clearly detailed the work to be performed, including a hand-drawn diagram of the areas of the property to be cleared. I was impressed by Dustin's professionalism and the estimate seemed very reasonable. So, we scheduled the work to be done mid-day Wednesday of the following week. Come Wednesday 11:30am, Dustin and two other Kenco employees arrived to start work. They appeared neat and professional and their truck and chipper looked to be professional and well maintained. As they began working, I was impressed by the range of specialized power tools they had at their disposal. They did all the work as agreed upon, and actually spent more time than estimated to make sure everything was done perfectly. Thanks, guys. Kenco Tree Service has my highest recommendation.
