Jared Bean came out was prompt, worked fast, we found both thermostats where fryed, Jared went to Home Depot could not find the right thermostat he then called his supply house which is closed on Saturday and his contact there came in from home opened up the supply store Jared found the units needed came back installed and everything is working perfectly. Any one else would have had us waiting until Monday to get the right units. I actually felt good when I paid him. Sincerely, Jack

This is the third time we have used this company. We purchased lights and ceiling fans and needed them installed. We contacted John R. Bean Electric late on Monday and Jarrett Bean called us Tuesday morning to schedule the work. Jarrett was running a little behind but called prior to the time he was scheduled to arrive indicating the revised time he would be here. I gave the company an and quot;Aand quot; on punctuality because he let us know that he was running behind and showed up at the revised time. Upon his arrival, he got right to work and was finished within four hours. We will be using his services again and highly recommend John R. Bean Electric.

The appointment was for 9:00 this morning. At about 8:55, he called to say that he was running about 15 minutes late. Ten minutes later, he was at my house, and he got to work immediately. He installed one vent and the four smoke detectors, but the second vent needed a new motor. Within forty minutes, he got the new motor, returned and installed it. The work was done efficiently and neatly. Our only objection was that he did not put tarps under the work area. When Jared first arrived, my husband was out, and Jared offered to move several cactus plants that were going to be in his way. He also expressed appreciation for my giving him a "heads-up" about my cat who takes every opportunity to escape into the garage, and was assiduous about keeping the door closed so the cat couldn't get out. We have been customers of John Bean and Jared Bean for seven years and will continue to be so.
