Brad and his helpers arrived on time, worked hard, did a good job. The fee was reasonable.

Wonderful! 2 very kind & professional sons showed up to do the job. They were polite & punctual, worked well together & finished in a timely manner. They even cleaned up after themselves & kindly folded the sheets that were previously covering the windows! We’ll be hiring them in the future for other jobs.

Although this wasn't the type of work this company does, Brad recommended another company for me to contact that does do the type of work I needed. I greatly appreciated him doing this and will contact Hawthorne Handyman Services in the future when I need other work completed.

I would hire Brad and his son again in a heartbeat. Reasonably priced and I am very pleased with the outcome. I am out in Potato Patch outside of Walker and it can be hard to get people out here.

He inspected the site same day and replaced the bulbs next day. He also found that we had a diffuser missing and replaced that as well. After installation, he found a ballast was broken and replaced that a few days later.

Exceptional. He was patient and thorough and took the time necessary to figure out my electrical problem. I have confidence in my wiring now.

He could get it to light but not stay on. He did not charge me for the work he did. Turns out only one place could get my brand parts so I had to call that dealer to get it fixed. He spent an hour trying to get my problem resolved. Said he couldn't charge me for something he did not fix. Not even for his time.

Roof: 1) Replace or repair broken tiles and secure loose tile on N. side. 2) Seal rolled roofing over patio at edge. 3) Fascia repair under gutter at patio. Scrape loose paint, caulk seams and paint to match existing. 4) Scrape and paint fascia on south gable end and secure loose gutter over patio Painting: 5) Guest b/r #1, #2 and bath. Walls only, 2 coats, no trim or ceiling. 6) Entry door bell chime wall, 1 coat. 7) Master b/r wall corner to corner. 8) Garage ceiling, repair cracks, texture to match and touch up paint. 9) Garage side door and frame. Repair, prep and paint 2 coats. 10) Patio ceiling, repair cracks and stucco/ceiling transition cracks. 11) Side yard metal gate, sand, prime and paint 2 coats. 12) Front door and shutters. Leave as is. Door hardware (materials supplied by owner): 13) 13 doors with privacy or passage lever handles and hinge replacement. 14) 3 doors with deadbolt and passage lever handles. 15) 1 door with exterior flush bolt and 4 hinges. 16) 2 closet doors with finger pulls. Misc: 17) Replace cartridge in hall bath. Confirm proper operation to shower/tub faucet. 18) Reposition high loop d/w drain under kitchen sink and secure cabinet doors. 19) Caulk grout cracks in bathroom showers. 20) Fix gas fireplace so flame stays lit. 21) Trim shrubs, rake/remove leaf piles. Clean out dirt from backflow prevention valve box. Turn on water supply at water meter, program irrigation clock and check operation of all drip system emitters 22) Adjust latch on side gate to close properly, no charge Overall, good pricing, excellent work, professional work ethics. Would definitely use again.

Brad installed about 400 square feet of porcelain tile in a living room. He had to grind down a few high spots and prep the floor surface. He laid the tiles very straight and flat, and they are look great.

Brad installed a shelf and peg boards and butted them up against each other and they match perfectly. He uses a level when hanging pictures and shelves and I am very happy with his work. He took his time and it showed. Thank you Brad.

Wonderful. Great service, great job, in and done lickety split. This is the second time I called him and his work is wonderful, fast, and well done.

He is great and a pleasure to work with. The only reason I rated him lower on "responsiveness" is that he also works a full time job and is sometimes difficult to schedule, although he calls you back quickly. Once you're on the schedule, he is prompt.

Came by yesterday and did part of the work, and returned today with correct screws to complete rest of work. Arrived on time and did all the work very swiftly and correctly. Very pleased with the work .

EXCELLENT!!!! Brad did a fantastic job. He is knowledgeable, hard working and very professional. He also dry walled and textured the space where he removed the switches from and you would never know that they were ever there. For any future jobs, we will use Brad. Can;t say enought good things about him.

Brad came out to review the 2 areas of concern on our roof. He provided a very reasonable estimate and discussed how he would address one of the areas which was on a round room....not an easy fix. He engineered a solution specifically for that section of fascia. After he completed one section, he actually redid the work as he was not entirely happy with the appearance after the repair. After the rework, you cannot even tell there was repair work done! His solution for the rounded section of fascia worked perfectly and looks fantastic. The quality of his work was outstanding. We plan to use Brad for future work at our house.

Brad showed up at the property and then contacted me with a quote. He took before and after photos of our yard (since it is a vacation home and we were not there at the time). He also told us that a "bush" (we thought it was a bush) up against the back of the house was actually a certain type of tree whose roots can get into septic systems, etc. and cause problems. He sent us a photo of the tree and suggested that we have it poisoned and then removed, which he did both of the following month.

Brad is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He came out to check out the house and then provided a quote before coming to do the work. I compared his cost to another local business and he was lower. He alerted us to other issues on our roof which he also repaired and we were very grateful since we do not get onto the roof. He also gave us some free expert advice on another structural issue. He did a great job. We will call him again for sure.

Contacted Brad. We have a list of things we would like him to do, and we went through the list with him. (This list will be ongoing for several months.) Brad is giving us an estimate for each item and then scheduling a day to complete them. Since we are not in a big hurry for any particular item, Brad is fitting each into his schedule. We are very happy with Brad's attention to detail and craftsmanship. We know everything he does will be done correctly. When the leak in the kitchen sink was a bigger issue than first thought, he came back the next evening with a different part and repaired it perfectly. We will continue to use Brad's services to complete our to-do list and beyond. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a handyman and wanting it done right.
