Company came out within 24 hours and replaced a broken spring in garage door. They also replaced an aging spring on the other side. Tim, the person who did the work, also replaced the second spring, which was 12 years old. He adjusted the entire system and straightened out a "J-bracket" that he discovered had a small bend in it. He thoroughly explained everything he did and gave maintenance tips for the future. He was very knowledgeable of our system, which was from 1995, and knew about our system since he has been doing this work for many years. He had put a set of the more heavy-duty springs in the truck since he suspected, due to our address, that this was an older and heavier door system. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they came out Friday afternoon at exactly the time they said they would respond. The company guarantees the spring for as long as we own the house. I received an estimate over the phone of $170. The actual bill was less, $166. Tim told me that if there were any problems to call him and he would come back out and make it right. My experience with this company would have me call them again if I have any problems.

I visited their shop to see samples and meet their staff. The receptionist is very helpful. The owner showed me the different doors - their look and their R Value (amount of insulation). We also discussed different garage door openers as we were in the market for a very quiet opener. I took home some literature to show my husband. We decided on a garage door with windows and the opener. They gave us a written quote which was very close the rough estimate he had given me at the shop. The garage door and opener were installed earlier than we expected. Workers were hard working, polite and efficient. They installed the keypad in a good location. The garage door looks great, and the opener is extremely quiet.

Cody is the young man that performed the service on my garage door opener and installed the keyless/wireless key pad. He was very professional, yet very personable - very pleasant young man and he did a wonderful job . It is refreshing to find someone providing such excellent customer service. I would definitely use this company again and will refer my friends to them as well.

We have an oversize garage door that was noisy and out of adjustment. Jerry came out at the agreed time and adjusted the tracks, tightened all the brackets, checked the opener, lubed and oiled everything, and solved our problem. He was professional and he did a great job. We'll definitely use Guaranteed Door again.

Requested installation of two new garage door openers at my newly purchased home. The existing ones were old and noisy. Before buying the shop gave me excellent information to make my decision. They came within a couple of days. One of the motors would not work so an second visit is necessary. The other side needed serious ceiling repair that prevented the installation of the opener. So he made good on the one side so I had at least one good garage to use. I will have to hire a contractor to finish the suspended ceiling soon. No charge to me yet until I get my part done.

It went great! He had everything done in a reasonable amount of time and was very courteous and honest with us! His workmanship was excellent and our garage door has never worked as well as it does now!!

I called them up and they came out and bid the job that very afternoon. The door was installed by afternoon of the next day and looks and operates perfectly. This company is over the top awesome! The contact person for their company was warm, friendly and fun! They even hauled away the old door. No hesitation whatsoever in referring people to this company!!!

The door shut every time the service man tried it, and neither he nor I could recreate the problem that I had reported, although the door wouldn't close in the mornings the first time someone left the house. Because it worked fine when he was there, he suggested that we take the remote into the house on cold nights so see if perhaps the severe cold was affecting the ability of the remote to work. He was right. Now that we take it in at night, it works every time in the mornings, no matter how cold it is outside.

Jerry performed service on one double door, and a single door, making adjustments, lubrication and overall service. Also provided and coded two remotes for the doors. Was prompt, courteous and very professional in his service.

We were very pleased that he suggested this much less expensive alternative. He even wrote up the invoice as a system check rather than a service call so the cost was reduced from around $90 to $60. Very satisfied.

this was suppose to be simple repair or reset of code for garage door outside entry pad, however, it became very frustrating. They said they would be at my home between 1-4, I called them about 3:30 to see if they were on their way. l was told they were and I gave Janet in the office the directions to the house as they could not find it on the map system they were using. I called again at 4:00 and was told they were at least 30 minutes away as they had to wait 2 hours to even begin the work at the last job, when I asked why they didn't come to my house if they had that long wait and she had no answer. At 4:30, the repair man called - lost, he did not get the directions from the office. He also did not get the gate code that I gave them to get into the neighborhood, They repaired the entry pad in minutes and then when they tried to call the office with my credit card number, nobody answered. At that point I had reached my limit with this company and told the repair man to have the office call me for payment. I think the $90 charge was excessive for 5 minutes of work. I will not use this company again.

The technician who performed the work was very professional and after arriving on time, he completed the work and cleaned up any remaining debris. He did a thorough job and tested the door, its hardware and the opener and keypad to ensure that everything was then working properly. He explained to me how everything worked and provided me with two additional used transmitters free of charge. He was polite and prompt and I would recommend this company to anyone with a garage door issue. i would definitely use this company again.

Called at 8:45am. Dispatcher was very professional and friendly. Repairman arrived two hours later. Couldn't believe it! Great service! Repairman was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Door fixed. 90 day guarantee. Used coupon for $59.95 from Dex phone book. Excellent service! Will definitely recommend and will definitely use again!

Serviceman came out and performed the services then advised me what he did and why. I was very pleased with the service.

Garage door spring failed overnight. I called Guaranteed at 8:00AM and they scheduled the repair for 2:00-4:00PM the same day. The repair person arrived at 1:00PM, installed the new springs and left by 1:30PM. He showed me the signs of weakening springs reflected in the door position and also the signs of failure on the other weakened but not broken spring (also replaced). I had a coupon from the Dex phone book saving me $25 on spring replacement.
