 + -1 moreI tried to delete or update my previous post, but Angi doesn't allow that! Not very smart! Everything was resolved. There was a change of ownership going on and some confusion. But I did get it all resolved and got a refund. So please disregard the prior post. Everyone at this business is really nice and understanding, especially Robert!
Description of Work: I had the countertops measured and explained exactly what I wanted done. They came out and did the precise laser measurements and then we went to the yard and picked out the granite slab sample we wanted. The slabs had to be ordered and that was the problem. The owner searched for 3 months but couldn't find the slabs in stock anywhere. So we had to pick out new slabs, but the owner was selling the business, so we decided to cancel the order and do something else with the deposit.

 + -1 moreFinally I left after waiting 40 minutes since I had other things to do... I left a note on the door and that is when the guy called me and said, I am sorry that I was late. He never called during that time to indicate he was running behind or that he would not be on time. This to me is POOR customer service. I will pay more to get better service~
Description of Work: I stopped by their store to look at granite slabs for my kitchen remodel. The person who greeted me offered to come out right then to measure my kitchen! I agreed thinking what great service! He offered to meet me at home in 30 minutes allowing me time to get home. i got home and waited, and waited and waited.

Description of Work: They didn't return calls, show up to quote a job site after arranging a meeting and providing the address. I called and left 2 messages, text the address and texted again to follow-up. They/Keith, never showed up, never returned a call and never quoted the job.

Arsen Torosian and his team did an outstanding job and we are completely satisfied with every aspect of the service from our very first meeting to the final installation. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our countertops is outstanding. Arsen provided excellent and highly professional service throughout the process. The personal attention we received was far and above anything we'd ever experienced. Arsen collaborated with us on every aspect of our project from design details through installation. He gave us excellent advise and was always available for questions, even inviting us into his fabrication shop to demonstrate the process. He showed infinite patience when we modified our design plans and worked with us to get every detail just right. Arsen personally oversaw the entire installation process. He and all of his team were prompt, courteous and highly professional. We could not be happier with the experience.
Description of Work: Arsen Torosian and his team fabricated the most beautiful granite countertops for us, including a huge kitchen island and two guest bathrooms. They also fabricated Silestone countertops for the master bathroom and laundry room.

 + -1 moreOutstanding, Victor, the installer was clean and quick and highty professional. -Give him a raise. Seeing one's old countertop and kitched being ripped out is at best troubling. Victor went out of his way to address my concerns and reassure me. Before I knew it they were done.
