Franklin Plumbing Services

Today I noticed the flex hose on our water heater was leaking hot water from a pin+ hole in the center of it. Today is Saturday so non-standard hours, but I was able to help almost immediately. Two other companies weren’t able to perform the repairs so we were fortunate it worked out with Gerald at Franklin Plumbing. While it was time and a half, he was fast, effficient and without drama or finding other issues. It instilled trust with me to recommend them and to use them in the future.

The service/repair was quick and efficient. The plumber was punctual, told us what was wrong and what he could do to fix the problem. We also ask him to check our other toilet. The plumber was quite knowledgable and personable.

The father, who owns the business would get a grade of A+ but his son, who is taking over, does not follow-through to make sure the job is complete and working.

These guys are great. The are prompt (or if they are going to be delayed they call and let you know), they are professional, they give advice if what you want (or think you want) could be done in a better way, or if something beneficial that you did not think of could be done at the same time. They are not cheap - no plumber is, I suppose - but they do very good work and are very nice as well. I had a LOT of things for them to do on this visit, including one thing I asked them to do when they arrived that they were not expecting (replace the faucet in my utility room, which involved drilling an extra hole in my utility sink since I wanted a different kind of faucet), but they completed everything quickly and professionally. They also suggested that I have a main water shut-off installed just inside the entry to the crawlspace where they installed the water conditioner, to save us from having to find the tool and run out to the street where our main water shut off valve was. I thought this was an excellent idea and it added very little to the total cost. This is the 2nd time I have used them and I will definitely use them for any future plumbing work.

I am overall quite pleased with them. They were very responsive. They did call me when they could not show up. They were on time. The work was done in a good amount of time. I am happy with the way it turned out.

Very professional from start to finish. My calls were returned promply. The replacements were done quickly and professionally. The technician sent to do the work was very nice, well groomed, polite and on time. Cleanup was done very well, including cleaning the floor where the "footprint" of the old toilets didn't match. Franklin was recommended by a friend and I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

They are very nice and professional. They are family owned and operated. They always do great work and we would recommend them.

I wasn't that satisfied with the work because they had to come back for the same problem. I don't know what they did wrong, but they got it fixed the second time they were here. I was happy to see that they were responsible enough to come back and repair the pipe. I don't know how much I spent.
