Busy Bee Cleaning

"It saddened me to read this report, as they are a lovely couple with a lovely home, and I'd looked forward to working with them. Ironically, I, myself, recently had to deal with a "self-cleaning" oven that didn't do its job properly, and when they DON'T, they can be a bearcat, to deal with! I can only assume that my worker was tired enough, after dealing with the oven, that she failed to finish the job properly. Had I been told that so much had been missed, at the time of the cleaning, I would have sent her or another worker back to redo those areas. That was not conveyed; instead, the impression I got was simply that they didn't want to pay that much each time, so wouldn't be using us after all. It grieves me that I'm only hearing the detailed complaint months later, when it's far too late to do anything about it! As always, good communication is important, and I'm sorry we didn't have it, on this job, as we DO guarantee our work, and in fact specialize in Client Satisfaction! However, sadly, we can't fix what we don't know about, and that, unfortunately, seems to be what happened here."

"We really appreciate the favorable comments. At one point we had tried using a supervisor for the initial contact, but found quickly that such an approach can, instead of helping, end up adding confusion & hindering communication. Since that time we have used the person who will be doing the cleaning, to gather the preliminary information for each Custom Cleaning; that way there's clearer and more direct communication between Client and Worker each time. We DO try HARD to see that each client is happy with the job done, and with the worker assigned, all of whom have been background-checked, drug- tested, and GUARANTEED to be honest, professional, and excellent cleaners!"
