Knowledgeable and experienced. Manages subcontractors well. Puts in the extra effort and works very hard. Project management is great when not overloaded: when overloaded, recommend scope defined completion dates. Has an eye for what is done well but highly dependent on the quality of subcontractors: recommend joint quality control checks after each subcontractor completes work. "A" overall rating.
